I can't get the app on my phone but my boys can so not a problem. But it notifies us to late and by the time I get notifies on my boys phone. The person has gone from my door also there a delay on the speaker when I do get to answer it. And also keeps logging us out

I got this in January February and I paid for a year up and then I had to repay in March I have two camtro cameras . I've also messaged in everything on my site and still no response although I was told they're high holding this and high standards and guards and would get back with me nothing again please do the right thing and pay me back the $29 * 2 that I had to pay again in March

Worked great till few days ago. no can't view any of the door bell cameras or interact on anything for the app. I used to love this app when I first bought the camera, but I've noticed lately that I no longer receive notifications for anything nothing about motion being detected or when someone rings the bell. And what IS TERRIBLE, now I can’t even check the camera because a message pops up to subscribe, and if you don’t , the cam doesn’t let you watch the front door . TERRIBLE

It’s a clear camera but it has issues with the motion detection consistently cutting off throughout the day every day. If the motion detection isn’t on then the camera is not recording who or what is in front of your door nor does it send notifications that someone is there. It’s also slow when trying to view camera when someone is at door and the battery life could be a lot better. You get what you pay for but I probably will not have this camera too long

I have had this app for a minute, but now if you do not subscribe it will not let you watch live camera views. Used to be able to watch some ads and get a days worth of saved views. Now you go into the app and try to watch live it prompts you to buy a subscription. You click “x” on that and try to view your camera live and the ad comes back. You can’t watch your own bought equipment now. Likewise, I reached out for help using the contact support, and they said Mon-Fri hours. Of course was the weekend, so I waited. Even gave an extra day. Here it is Tuesday and still no reply.
