So i get a text saying “sign up for our app win 5k” so i get ClubCarWash , it says if i have an account it will automatically recognize it and add my membership.. then it said “we do not have an account with your phone number” SERIOUSLY?? You JUST text me. You clearly have my number and i clearly have an account. Smh what a waste of time. 🤦🏻♀️
Worked once for me to log in. Now there’s nothing on the screen, shows my name in the corner but every screen option says “no data available. Please pull down to refresh.” Nothing works! Such a bummer!
I signed up, bought an advanced sale car wash, tried to add a car, join rewards, and more, none worked. App never explained why. It’s one of those underdeveloped, untested apps brought to production before it is ready. I don’t know if I have a car wash in the bank or not. ClubCarWash does not clearly say yes or no.
I’ve been trying to get ClubCarWash to work but it doesn’t recognize my phone number it makes it impossible to enter in the sweepstakes. I’ve had a membership since last year and thought this would be great to renew & have options to upgrade or read new offers. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon I’d love to enter in the Sweepstakes!
I have tried to log into this four times in the last 48 hours, and I have yet to receive a single email to verify my account. Absolutely abysmal. Shoddy work at best. This is so laughable I’m seriously considering changing my membership to another car wash, but I don’t know how to cancel my membership since I can’t get in.

I got a link texted to me yesterday. I tried to set up an account this morning. It still says it doesn’t recognize my phone number on my membership.
Trying to set up an account on ClubCarWash is so frustrating, it says that your number isn’t recognized so you wait forever for a text with a link and then click on the link and it still says that your number isn’t recognized. I’ve used the same number for years with CCW, this shouldn’t be so hard.
Creating an account took about 4 hours. Some or all of ClubCarWash functions appear to only work sporadically. It took multiple attempts just to add my name to profile. Hopefully I won’t need to use this often.
I love Club car wash. The service and people are great there but ClubCarWash is pointless. I never get a text with a confirmation to confirm my account.
Please add additional ways to pay for membership more than just a credit card, like Venmo, PayPal, etc.
in my area the employees are amazing and no matter what time or how cold still get the job done and i am pleased with there work.
Update!! They sent me a text with a link and it worked, just took some time.
ClubCarWash won’t let me log in. It says it doesn’t recognize my number. Same number I’ve used with this membership for a few years. There’s no help or support option.
Finally an app where I can view my membership, when it renews, change my card, change or cancel my membership if I choose to, look for locations near me, contact the company, buy gift cards, and even earn points all in one spot! Awesome decision to create an app!
I’ve been waiting for them to make an app. This is great! I love the maps feature and wallet functionality. Super simple and easier to manage everything on ClubCarWash .
I work at club and this will make helping customers much easier especially with changing membership or editing account details.
ClubCarWash has really changed the game for me! I always forget cash when I go to the wash and now I can tip through ClubCarWash which is very convenient. Also, I can earn points on my membership which is amazing!!
Glad Club Car Wash finally has an app. Hope it continues to get better. Would like to see better rewards and incentives for long time members. Maybe the points system should be based off how often you wash?
Club Car Wash has a couple hundred locations across several states. The frustration for me has been FINDING these locations when traveling. FINALLY, an app showing where the nearest Club Car Wash is relative to your location. The best car wash just got better with ClubCarWash!
I love that I have more control over my membership and I can see where/how often I wash. If I’m traveling I can see nearby washes. All good things with ClubCarWash!
