I installed TeslaRobotaxi the evening it was released to the public. I registered and shortly after I was given full access to book rides. The next day, I go to use it…and Tesla moved me back to the waitlist. I’ve seen many people dealing with this problem. Also, Bay Area does NOT get the $4.20 pricing like Austin. Why? On top of that, The Bay Area rides aren’t that much cheaper than the competition and the competitors can go to the airport, etc whereas the Robotaxi cannot. I had a lot of hope for the Robotaxi but pretty disappointed at this point in time. I’m a Tesla owner at that and that’s how rough I find the current offering from the company.

I love the idea of self driving taxis! Such a great Tesla service and has a bright future. However , needs a BIG improvement like accepting Dogecoin for payment… that would be the best thing ever and make the service much more exciting and fun. The idea of paying with the crypto that was invented as a joke would be ideal in a futuristic world.

I really like TeslaRobotaxi . However, it needs little dots on the bottom or top of the screen when you’re on the cities map so you know that there are other cities available. I did not know you can scroll right and left there and see Robotaxi maps for other cities. Normal iOS has a dot for each screen. You can scroll right and left with some people know they can do it. That’s all you guys need to add right now..

Seeing cars drive themselves is absolutely insane. You really need to try it to believe how smooth and natural these things are.

Also way way way more comfortable than the back of a random dudes car. Maybe they're only able to keep them so clean because it's a new service though. I wonder if they'll be able to keep up the quality when they're more cars in a larger service area...

Assuming Tesla can scale when they're ready and don't run into some type of "wall" when it comes to the AI driver, I'm confident these robotaxis will change everything about how we view driving and car ownership in the us.

I’ve been using the Robotaxi App to request rides in Austin. Love the simplicity, convenience, comfort, quality, and how great this service is with better prices than the others.

In 5-10 years, we will look back and wonder why we allowed ourselves to get fleeced by drivers on Uber and Lyft with their outrageous prices and tip culture.

The best part of TeslaRobotaxi is how it offers no services that i can use. I find this not strange and useless at all.

This costs one fifth the cost of an Uber ride, plus no need to tip and you get privacy once safety operator is taken away!

This is what I’ve always envisioned to the future to look like. With Tesla, transportation will never be the same again.

The competition will be copying so many features from Telsa, per usual. This is the best user experience out there PLUS very affordable. Great experience all around

As an owner of a Tesla and using FSD Supervised, TeslaRobotaxi will be a gateway for many people in the near future to experience the benefits of autonomous driving. Lives will be saved, time will be regained, and we will truly move to an age of abundance for all.

I mean, this is only been going for like six weeks and TeslaRobotaxi experience is already better than Uber way to go. Tesla. Love it.

TeslaRobotaxi is very intuitive for something that’s just been released. I can tell they spent some time on it and not just threw something together. The design is very sleek cyber-esk. Im so excited to be using this service.

The Robotaxi app is super easy to use with a clean design. You can get a car in like 10 minutes, and it’s way cheaper than Uber and Lyft. The cars are always spotless. Highly recommend it!

The first ever robotaxi app is easy and intuitive to use. UI is clear and functional. May lack some features at the moment but looking forward to further updates to improve it

TeslaRobotaxi and service keep getting better. I was able to test it and provide feedback that was welcomed and implemented.

Near perfect hailing to pickup to drop off. Pricing is lower than competitors (and also in a nicer vehicle).

I cannot wait for the service to expand so more of my friends and family get to experience it.

This service has my heart. It meets all my needs and it is a delight to ride. It feels like a professional driver is driving.
