- The app does not allow for freestyle options or overlaying photos, limiting creative options.

- Photofy does not save projects automatically, which can result in lost work if the app crashes or is closed.

- The app is primarily designed for mobile use, which may not be ideal for users who prefer to edit photos on a larger screen.

Collage templates keep crashing or locking up the app. A black screen just appears. Only way to get out is to exit out and start app over again.

To resolve Photofy Content Creation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Photofy Content Creation App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photofy Content Creation » click [Force Stop]

Clear Photofy Content Creation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photofy Content Creation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photofy Content Creation.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photofy Content Creation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photofy Content Creation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photofy Content Creation
