How to fix AcBuy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AcBuy app on iPhone
Update AcBuy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AcBuy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AcBuy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AcBuy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AcBuy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AcBuy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AcBuy App
1. On android, goto Settings » AcBuy » click [Force Stop]

Update AcBuy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AcBuy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AcBuy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AcBuy.

Fix AcBuy unable to contact server/ AcBuy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AcBuy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AcBuy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
