I purchased a Dometics A/C cover 0n 4 March 2026. I was sent an e-mail thanking me for my purchase however i was not given a purchase order number. the purchase amount was charged against my credit card however i have not received the item and have not been able to find any assistance.
App does not work

The app will not load after the page asking for location. You can click the continue button but nothing happens. EDIT: They updated the app and I can get past the location page…but now it just loops back to the page where you enter your phone number and gets stuck in a loop between that page and the location one.
I can’t log in
