Noteflow that I paid $70 for doesn’t work consistently and has caused me to lose important work notes. I can’t figure out what causes it to randomly stop recording. Even when I keep checking every few minutes to make sure it’s still recording then when I go to process the recording it tells me it doesn’t support this language when everyone in the meeting is speaking English. I have tried to email the support email and it bounces back as undeliverable. Their website also does not work as in does not really exist. It’s there but nothing else. No options or menus to try to get help with my problems. Don’t take the chance to sign up for the free 7 day trial. It worked those days and after that it has been inconsistent at best. Today it didn’t work at all for any of my meetings. It seemed like it was recording and then wouldn’t process the summary. I would like a refund. Super disappointing. Did the company go out of business?

Got really excited about it and recorded a message. It failed to transcribe and gave me an error message. Tried again. Same error. It said my language wasn’t supported. I speak English. Moving on.

Charged me twice, still doesn’t work. No support. Continues to ask for premium upgrades AFTER two different payments for same.

Worked phenomenally at first the first few weeks but has stopped summarizing completely and no response from customer service.

Noteflow was good but 3/22/25 app is broken. Developers emails get returned. Do not buy.

The note taking feature works well, but attempting to export and share with colleagues is time consuming. The export contains inappropriately placed bullets, weird line breaks. Very disappointing. I requested to cancel my subscription with a refund. They refused. Can’t wait for my subscription to expire.

This would have been great except a month into having it it stopped transcribing completely. I tried reaching the developers but the contact info bounced. I’ll be trying to get a refund.

Although this notetaker captures and summarizes notes very well, it is nearly impossible to use the notes outside of Noteflow . Copying the notes and pasting them anywhere else removes all of the line breaks and bullet indents. In order to use the notes outside of Noteflow , they must be pasted and then painstakingly reformatted by hand.

This feature was working fine and suddenly it does not work. When I hit pdf it cycles like it’s doing something, but then nothing happens. I sent an email to the support email address but it bounced. Hoping this isn’t a complete scam. If someone from support can reach back out I’d appreciate it

I was in love with Noteflow. But all of a sudden I have started to receive “sorry couldn’t process audio”. All my audio is in English. Not sure what has occurred.

I’ve used this a couple of times for meetings and it’s wonderful, summarizes the meetings accurately. However, I’m having difficulty using this on my phone. For example, how to prevent phone calls from disrupting and losing recordings, as well as accessing previous recordings in “the cloud”. I have emailed your support email but cannot get through. How can I get assistance with use of Noteflow?

I love the synopsis but to export the notes the formatting is funny with lots of asterisks

After one meeting I was impressed with how well it summarized my discussion with my mentor. Would recommend.

Update 1-29-25 The updates are great Thanks. I really really would like to see a cleaner summary ## don’t look right when I need to put my notes into word document or copy to an email. Just make it cleaner like real summary with bullet points. The search is also a must have in the long transcription. ——old -I have sent several requests to add the ability to change the name of the transcription. Have the ability to highlight words in the full transcription also add a search function to find information in a long transcription. Please and thanks
