The unprofessionalism has astounded me with this app. I signed up and made a $10 deposit days ago. Immediately after I signed up they suspended my account saying that I may have something on my device that spoofs my location. I have many casino apps on my phone that work and have never said anything like this. I contacted customer support and ended up talking to like 6 or 7 different people all of whom which said that they cannot do anything about it and sent me to what was said to be the main support. This support sent me two emails that were exactly the same saying the reason was the spoofing thing. I asked nicely for them to just refund my deposit and delete the account and got the exact same email back. Now days later no one will answer me. This is RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP unless you actually want to be scammed and lose money.

Bait and Hook with Bonus spins I did not even get all of. Not to mention the bonus rounds are a joke with the $ u can win. Games are 100% fixed. Just look for the glitches or items to disappear right before about to hit. I did all the technical troubleshooting; contacted support and got the same-typical scripted and robotic answers. Asked for supervisor and would not get me one. Showed proof with pics and videos on what was taking place a they came back and immediately said that there was no issue according to Internal team.
They will add rewards in during your current play and u won’t even realize it and next thing u know u lost those bonus spins or $$$.

I am reaching out to Gaming Board as this site needs shut down. U will win once as bait; forget it after that!

Do not use this app they will wait for you to win money and then suspend your account for 30 days. Then they will ignore all of your emails and chat request intentionally. Every time I try to reach out to someone via chat, it takes over an hour to be connected with someone, for the last four weeks one of their agents named Michael has been lying to me and telling me it is impossible for me to speak with the supervisor. However, when I have my nephew reach out from a different email address than the one I have on file he was connected with one instantly and connected to a customer support supervisor, even though their agent named Michael has been lying to me for a week saying that is impossible. USE ANY OTHER BETTING APP THAN THIS ONE!!
