It was Valentine’s Day and the game gave special. I bought the credit for my mom. It said special $3.99 for 60 million coins. However, it did not honor it. I did not know they have already given because the account did not show. I contacted customer support. I was told 8.9 million was given to my mom account. I told them the special said 60 million coin. This was the exact reason why I bought because it gave a lot more. The support asked for proof: a screenshot for the special. Who in the world would have took screenshot of that. The support did not give me the coins nor refund. It is such a scam.

They offered a Valentine’s discount pack, $3.99 for 60 million coins. I bought this as a Valentine’s gift for a friend who frequently played, emphasis on past tense. However, despite the offer of 60 million, only 8.9 million was given to their account.

I went to the support menu and asked why I didn’t get full credit for the coins. They got back to me, saying credits were already deposited, and asked for a screenshot of the 60 million credit pack. They won’t do anything unless you have screenshots.

Who the heck takes a screenshot before they make in game purchases? Do you take pictures of the prices while grocery shopping? If there’s a problem in game, do they expect you to screen record every session?

The game lies, the ‘support’ doesn’t support, and in the end it’s us that gets scammed for it.

The game is clearly rigged. Once you spend real money, you get less/smaller wins, they want you to dump money on them. Out of 130K spins, I’ve only won on 30K spins. Over 100K spins where they just took my coins. I thought these games were for fun? Where’s the fun in always losing? They have bot accounts with hundred billion coins making it seem like anyone can win that much. Clans rarely work together and it’s always the same teams on top. Journey missions are a scam and difficult to complete due to low payout, they even give you nag pop ups asking if you want to skip the level by paying real money… Pretty scummy, almost like they are making fun of you for not being able to clear the level, then slap you in the face by asking if you want to buy a level skip… skip this game, it’s not worth it.

Oh no wait, I don’t. And that is exactly what this app is all about- telling you things that are not true! They put out an advertisement saying, win real money - 1st place prize of $25,000 US Dollars! 2nd place prize of $10,000 US Dollars! No purchase necessary sweepstakes!
Okay, cool, I like to enter contests. So I go and download the app, only I can’t figure out how to enter the sweepstakes they lured me with. Finally I go back to their page in the App Store and see at the very bottom of their description:
-This game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes.
So apparently their ‘first place prize of $25,000 US Dollars ‘ really meant ‘no opportunity to win real money or prizes’ and their ‘second place prize of $10,000 US Dollars’ really meant ‘no opportunity to win real money or prizes, idiot!’
