Let me start off by saying, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. The original banking app was just fine. One of two things happen when I open this app. One, it says it’s loading my accounts and then nothing ever happens. Two, the balance is days old and has t applied any of the transactions I’ve made recently. The original app never did that. My transactions showed up minutes later, not days. The app had been an overall disappointment and it may cause me to change bank providers at this point. Please. Fix this.

If you use a debit card and want to see current balance information this is not the bank for you - the old net teller app that Five Star used updated charges immediately - this one does not - it makes we wonder if they are delaying posting charges in hopes that you lose track so they may be able to collect overdraft fees...I wonder what the banking laws stipulate in this type of manipulation.

Way too extra. The simplicity and efficiency of the first app was exactly what made me keep five star as my bank. This new app is slow, has trouble logging in with my fingerprint, looks awfully ugly and is extremely cluttered. Not to mention more finger taps to properly transfer money from one bank account to another. Two stars. Bring back the old layout.
