I replied to it asking for the service you offered in the email. But I did not receive a confirmation of my early check-in. I also did not receive a response to the email from 7:39 am on May 2. Why did Melanie Lell reply to me "Your request was never ignored"? This is a lie! Dear Management, I am very upset by this correspondence. I feel like a grumpy old lady who is always dissatisfied with something. But you give standard responses to my legitimate complaints. I do not see any desire on the part of the hotel and Barcelo to really look at the quality of work of this hotel. I wanted to meet the hotel manager, but I was not given such an opportunity. When I am in Mallorca, I will definitely visit the main office in Palma. Ok. If you are not interested in how the hotel works, then I think that people who will consider your hotel as a place to stay will find my review on social networks, hotel aggregators and Google Maps very useful. If a person is looking for a 4-star level of service, they should get it. Summary: a hotel that is advertised as 4 stars, priced at about 800 euros for 3 nights when booking on the Booking website, does not provide slippers, a bathrobe and a toothbrush in the room. And I do not understand why I should ASK for this? This should be in the room anyway! The built-in wardrobe is old. You have to wait about 5 minutes for hot water. Then there is a chance that you will not be given back cold water. The towels are old. The breakfast is normal, standard. In fairness, I want to highlight the work of the reception manager Gisela. The girl listened carefully to all my complaints and resolved my issues. Thank her very much! And one more comment. A man named Edu at the reception, who spoke very competent Russian to someone on the phone (while I was checking in), after a while, when I approached him with problems, he suddenly started speaking Russian with an accent and pretended not to understand me completely. He was probably embarrassed. His appearance is very surprising. Short 7/8 pants, a peculiar hair color, would be appropriate in a motel somewhere in Harlem, but not in a 4-star hotel! Sorry for the emotions, but I think my complaints are quite fair. Unfortunately, I do not speak English very well, so I use a translator. I hope he translated everything correctly! Thank you! If you want to access your reservations forget about it! You have to go through multiple windows and log in every time you open the app. Easier to forego the app and just go to the website on your browser.

The app crashes freezes and crashes more often than not and is very complicated. Needs a major overhaul if this company really wants people to use it.

This app is a joke. It simply connects to website, but unlike a stable browser the app crashes and logs out from the account. You have to enter login info over and over again
