This is the worst app I ever used.. I regret for buying subscription altogether.
Too many adds ..sometimes same add repeats over 10 times before I can access the live stream or catch up. I seriously wonder why these guys are charging for subscription when they are making fortune on ads(looks like it is)... the companies giving these guys ads need to realize that people will likely build hatred towards their products with such abuse of ads here!! Seriously I’m not gonna renew this subscription!!

P.S: I have received standard response from the so called developers that I’m sure was copy pasted at least 600 times.
80% of the negative and one star ratings on YuppTV were around ads. I really wonder why this guy is so thirsty about money from ads when he is actually charging for the service. These guys are extremely greedy and commercial to the core. I hope they shutdown the business soon. I’m done with this.. deleting YuppTV and will never ever buy this subscription and will ensure none of my friends or family ever buy this.. This is no better than stealing..

Usually no complaints on this app. It works well and good.

But they could do better in customer support area.

Below are couple of instances highlighting above feedback.
1) I had to contact customer support to understand how the recent app update on sony blueray player disturbed fast forward/rewind functions. Customer support elaborated to use navigations in place regular fast forward buttons. It took about couple weeks and couple of customer support calls to understand this and no version history has any mention on this. There should have been at least version history reference and/or an email to impacting customers while app is being revised/fixed.
2) Few months back we used to have Maa Tv part of our subscription. Looks like due to some cost/benefit concers this app didn’t wanted to telecast MaaTv instead replaced MaaTv with Gemini channels eventually. This is one situation (and a big chane) where there was no clue or whatsoever (neither support calls got connected) and it usually took few months to understand reason by some fellow customers who could luckily got to catch up customer support teams. An email while the change was occurring giving valid reasons could have made some difference in this experience.

The most regrettable experience is buying year long subscription for this stupid, greedy,worthless app.. they don’t have anything proper to watch plus whatever we decide like giving up okay let’s just watch this ,,, that doesn’t even play !!! Like seriously .. it’s been almost 2 months we got this I belive and trust me , we haven’t watched a single thing on this worst site ever ...!! Buy hotstar separately or Netflix or anything on this planet but not this ..when you call them they act so nicely and try to lure u but don’t fall for it n loose your precious money ... they play only all stupid adds whole day but after that ?!? Nothing works !!! I hate YuppTV... it should be banned !!!!! I wish there were 0 stars...

Don’t even think of purchasing this service. You will regret it. Tooooo many ads. When you open a ticket and ask them to stop the local ads, they say the developers are working on it. They will never resolve it. I think this company has the worst development team in the world. They don’t even know how their product works. If you want to make money, better to beg on the roads than with your stupid ads. Why we have to watch the local ads when we purchase the service? When this many users are complaining about ads, what your sales team is doing and what your CEO is doing? You guys don’t care about your customer service? Wake up kids.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my experience. You can’t break the service once you sign up. No money back.

If I have to give rating, I would give minus 100 for this worst service. Shame to you guys for providing this kind of worst service.

In the next 6 months, you will lose most of your customers and you will be closing your company soon.

This is the worst app I have ever used. There are many better free apps than this app who provide great service 100 times better. Everyweekend i have to call for dome or the other issue and the loaded programs are such a worst thing without having them complete. The customer care person will say developers are working ok the issue but in fact they never do. Better to close the application instead of this stupid service at a high cost. I will never ever recommend YuppTV or service to any one. All the developers should feel ashamed of themselves for not doing their minimum job. Better do something else and get earn money instead cheating the users.

Using yupp tv for the past 5 years. Was using channel live before. Because of their bad customer service we switched to yupp. Yupp has good customer service and have mostly resolved my issues immediately.

Their service is good. One thing is they could bring back the star vijay and star channels. Local ads came inbetween and when I called and complained them they made it to stop and now I don’t get any ads in between.

Their web series are also so cool. Good service.

They did renew and charged from my credit card without my knowledge. They didn’t give money back. Keep on saying “we have rasied a request and wait for 48 hrs”. There is no way to cancel the subscription. They are looting money from cards and not giving it back. Dont buy this and regret like me.
Onlyway to get your money back is to dispute through credit card’s bank. After you dispute,They will ask you to cancel the dipute request so that they will give money back immediately. Dont do it. If you cancel dispute request, they wont give you and you can dispute again.

I have a one year subscription with yupp tv and in fact opted for yearly subscription just to watch one of my favorite channel but yupp tv removed star tv channels suddenly on Oct 1st without prior notice to customers. They have disabled customer care number and there is no response through email or chat after several tries. This is very much disappointing and I'm not sure how to cancel subscription and get my refunds back. Yupp tv admin should provide proper explanation to this and give the refund back to existing customers if they cannot provide channels continuously for what we opted for..

Anyone in US having this app, please help me get in touch with this app customer care. Since past 2 days I have have been trying to address a issue regarding automatic deductions from my CC without my consent and despite multiple assurances haven't got a reply or a callback. I have tried 1. Customer Care number - supposedly doesn't exist. 2. Twitter - no reply 3. FB chat - multiple acknowledgements no action. 4. this app chat - bot reply.

Have never seen such a pathetic customer service from a TV service provider. Please avoid Yupp subscription to avoid any surprise deductions from your account.

First like everyone says there are annoying ads even though you paying for the service.
And now, I subscribed to ‘yuppflix movies’ which included all movies.
All of a sudden the icon changed to just ‘Movies’ and when I select a new movie I see the subscribe button. They separated new release movies from my already paid movie subscription and want to charge extra for them. This is unheard of in any streaming subscription service.

Please don’t support this bad business.

I love using yupp on my tv.. But YuppTV needs better interface. I get alerts popping, but doesn’t have the name of the movie or sops that the alert is pointing to... The alert has a small icon that is very hard to read.
If I open YuppTV , I expect to go to the page that describes the alert. However I am directed to the heretic start page.
Alerts are nice to create curiosity but not working enough to take me to the item related to the alert

Recent times noticed that there are too many advertisements (Ads) while start watching the tv/episode or in between switching shows. Also this have observed (Ads) from going to one part to another part of the show.

With paid subscription getting theses ads are like cheated with the yearly subscription and no value for the customers.

User of this app since last five years and not seen this issue before and correct it before we are turning away from this yearly subscription. The worst part is no way of cancellation if you don't want to continue 🙃

Hope these Ads issue will be taken care and can not give rating less than one star 😶

Today realised no MAA channels are coming and no information/intimation from yupp tv. No phone is working to call and check.

Yupp tv cheated me.. they are not able to resolve the issue at all. Whenever you call technical support, they will say “ we just configure something in the server, pls turn off the device and turn it on”. This is the default response from the technical support team. Blurry in all channels for past 8 months and they are not able to resolve the issue at all. Since they put an agreement with one year with no refund option , am struggling to come out from yupp. this app CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY WITH ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. Very bad customer service team ..

Long (up to 3+ minutes) Advertisements at the selection of a channel, very many Ads during the program play back that are annoying and frustrating...imagine waiting for up to 3 minutes for every channel/program change, and multiple distracting Ad interruptions during the program!!! And all this for a fees; does nit justify.

I didnt pay so much dollars to watch your advertisements. Any program i touch just ads alone playing. Initially it started with 15 seconds, then 30 seconds and today it played an advertisement for 2+ minimum. Wow guys. Feeling so irritated and reduced my 70% usage of this app. The response we get for review is another stupid & false update asking to contact customer support team.

You guys are gonna soon fall and lose all your subscribers.

I am tried of interruption on the serial every 3 minutes. Even after complaining this issue , it still continues. Also we spend more time in watching advertisement , than watching the program. All total we watch 10 minutes of show and 20 minutes of advertisement. Feel like not to subscribe.

I have subscribe YuppTV because of star plus but its been removed i dont mind instead we got a movie channel where we can watch good movie but the only problem they have is right name not listed on the game, they do mess up alot. They need to fix this problem! And too much advertisement just waste of time and money we dont pay for advertisement just mostly it program little but, fix ur program otherwise u will loose your customers! Thank you

Firstly I don’t understand why I have to pay premium for the streaming service and watch ads as well. No other streaming service shows ads after customers pay for the service.
And then if you want to cancel the subscription you have to go through customer support and cancel. Why isn’t there an option online??
If you miss cancelling by even one day they won’t refund you back! Terrible service!
Better alternative is Sling TV

I have been using the mobile app for a while now. The number of ads that are getting played while using app is getting increased every day. I even lost the interest of seeing programs on my mobile app because of ads. Even if my mobile moved a bit while watching, the ad is getting played again. For a 30 mins program I have seen an ad 8 times. I am even thinking to discontinue my subscription. Pretty bad service.

I’ve a month subscription with YuppyTV. On iPhone 7 it doesn’t go full screen, can’t really figure out why.. and on iPad, YuppTV automatically shuts down after 10min of streaming. It’s actually quite frustrating. Please look into this and fix the above mentioned issues.
