All your live and catch-up programs are streaming distorted and horrible pictures. Sounds are splitting/ cracking . Also half of tv screen shaded. All other programs & tv programs are normally displayed except yupptv. I installed updated version of yupptv app from Google play . Now asking activation fee . Could you please check and activate my account ASAP. Unfortunately I can’t contact with you over the phone. No one pick up the phone.

Today Yupp TV live as well as Catchup TV for STARJALSHA BENGALI is having very poor quality streaming horrible pucture, colour splitting and sound cracking and gettibg stuck. This is happening on our SAMSUNG Television also IPAD and tge same in Androud phone. Request your help in fixing this problem. We have a,subscription to Yupptv Bengali Gold

How to fix YuppTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YuppTV app on iPhone
Update YuppTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YuppTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YuppTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YuppTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YuppTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YuppTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YuppTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » YuppTV » click [Force Stop]

Update YuppTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YuppTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YuppTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YuppTV.

Fix YuppTV unable to contact server/ YuppTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YuppTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YuppTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YuppTV
