I am a subscriber of YuppTV Malaysia The serial I subsribed to is Shiva Shakti Thiruvilayadal under Catch-Up TV and aired in Colors Tamil My query is about the serial's missing episodes on Tuesday 28 April 2026, Wednesday 29 April 2026 & 30 April 2026 The last episode aired was on Monday 27 April 2026 and the current one being aired is dated 1 May 2026 Please assist to clarify when the missing episodes ( Tuesday 28 April 2026, Wednesday 29 April 2026 & 30 April 2026) will be uploaded for viewing

Worst app ever!!!

This is the worst app I ever used.. I regret for buying subscription altogether.
Too many adds ..sometimes same add repeats over 10 times before I can access the live stream or catch up. I seriously wonder why these guys are charging for subscription when they are making fortune on ads(looks like it is)... the companies giving these guys ads need to realize that people will likely build hatred towards their products with such abuse of ads here!! Seriously I’m not gonna renew this subscription!!
P.S: I have received standard response from the so called developers that I’m sure was copy pasted at least 600 times.
80% of the negative and one star ratings on this app were around ads. I really wonder why this guy is so thirsty about money from ads when he is actually charging for the service. These guys are extremely greedy and commercial to the core. I hope they shutdown the business soon. I’m done with this.. deleting the app and will never ever buy this subscription and will ensure none of my friends or family ever buy this.. This is no better than stealing..

The most regrettable experience is buying year long subscription for this stupid, greedy,worthless app.. they don’t have anything proper to watch plus whatever we decide like giving up okay let’s just watch this ,,, that doesn’t even play !!! Like seriously .. it’s been almost 2 months we got this I belive and trust me , we haven’t watched a single thing on this worst site ever ...!! Buy hotstar separately or Netflix or anything on this planet but not this ..when you call them they act so nicely and try to lure u but don’t fall for it n loose your precious money ... they play only all stupid adds whole day but after that ?!? Nothing works !!! I hate this app... it should be banned !!!!! I wish there were 0 stars...

Don’t even think of purchasing this service. You will regret it. Tooooo many ads. When you open a ticket and ask them to stop the local ads, they say the developers are working on it. They will never resolve it. I think this company has the worst development team in the world. They don’t even know how their product works. If you want to make money, better to beg on the roads than with your stupid ads. Why we have to watch the local ads when we purchase the service? When this many users are complaining about ads, what your sales team is doing and what your CEO is doing? You guys don’t care about your customer service? Wake up kids.
This is the worst company I have ever seen in my experience. You can’t break the service once you sign up. No money back.
If I have to give rating, I would give minus 100 for this worst service. Shame to you guys for providing this kind of worst service.
In the next 6 months, you will lose most of your customers and you will be closing your company soon.
