Using the FileMail Desktop to Automate downloads 24/7 to a Server folder that is scanned by an automated OCR/routing solution. In the last 1.75 weeks it has left 7 download folders in the destination folder with 0 bytes, with absolutely no Properties/Security information, and they cannot be removed by regular users or Domain Administrators. I've been dragging the folder it is in to another folder and putting in another "clean" input folder in its place. I've noticed in FileMail Desktop that when I go into it there are Ongoing transfers listed (as completed, so why doesn't it release them when it is finished?). Any Clues?

I'm trying to upload more files to send on the filemail phone app but it won't allow me. When I click on "add more files" it only shows me files I've previously uploaded. It won't let me add any more files from my phone.
