Dropbox is not opening in the app so I have no wat of attaching my documents to send. I have checked Dropbox and the problem is not on that end.

To resolve Fax Burner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Fax Burner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fax Burner » click [Force Stop]

Clear Fax Burner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fax Burner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fax Burner.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fax Burner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fax Burner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fax Burner
