I sent 500$ to a person I was contracting to do work. As I was filling out the information I made sure to click did not receive product yet just in case I was getting scammed. Turns out I was getting scammed and did not want to do business with him anymore. I canceled with him and contacted this app to get a refund. After 4-5 weeks of waiting they emailed me back and said we can not offer you a refund the client said he provided the product for you. this app did not ask for proof of anything I still have the messages with him telling me to send him more money and my response to him saying I do not want to work and to cancel the payment. Do not use this app for your payment service. It does not make sense how I checked did not receive product to make sure I can not get scammed and then my money disappears without receiving any product in return. Horrible service

My account was blocked for no apparent reason without any notification or explanation. Support is slow and mostly unhelpful as they suggest me to simply wait until some special department will review my inquiry and restore the access. It’s been more than a week already, and obviously that can’t tell how long will it take or any specific date. Hire more people maybe so they can deal with the load faster? Or improve your security algorithms that block accounts back and forth for minor things!!

I was trying to pay a request that was sent to me but it only shows up in email which is a bit of an inconvenience. When I went to pay it it kept asking me to verify all my info several times but still never even let me login to pay the person. I would like if Payoneer let you pay people through an easier process than what ever it is they have set up.

I order some products from China related to Christmas i made the payment via this app to my supplier bit that payment went in th processing tab for 4 days i tried to call this app customer agents sent them emails live chat i did everything but didn’t receive any response and my supplier didn’t receive the payment for 4 days so it’s destroyed my whole upcoming Christmas event i uninstalled it right after that.
Now I regret using this app whenever i came to remember that what happened to me because of using that payment method

Hello this app, just signed up for Payoneer and website, but I am facing issue is that I cannot cancel the b2b request i made it by mistake there is no cancelation feauture.
And you don’t have 24 hour service if any customer want to contact the call center. “Just have in mind that you have customers all over the world” and some may face issues.

If you are scammed, they have a no refund policy. this app contacts the SCAMMER, and BELIEVES THEM OVER YOU ITS CRAZY. It’s not just me, look at Storm123 review posted on Sept 21st. They do not protect you against SCAMMERS!! I SHOWED THEM CONVERSATION PROOF, EVEN SHOWED THAT I AM BLOCKED BY THE SCAMMER, and they said, the scammer told them……. And this app believes it.

Even with proof. WHATEVER THE SCAMMER SAYS GOES. PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!! We are NOT LYING. I lost money for Black Friday ads, and this app let the SCAMMER run away with my money! Freely and effortlessly. They’re just going to keep SCAMMING ON this app!!!!

Been using this for a year and this is so useful for me as a freelancer. I’ve never had an issue with Payoneer before. Transactions are very smooth! Higher conversation & lower fees than Paypal.

A simple way to get paid by my customers. Easy to transfer to my bank account.

Customer service is completely unreachable. The document review process takes weeks despite saying 3-5 business days. They began charging a 2% withdrawal fee that will be waived with provided documents. I provided the documents. However, this app won’t review them. I definitely recommend finding another service who will respond to inquiries.

One bad thing about payonner doesn’t accept my country ID for verification but then again you can transfer money from here

I have been using this app for a very long time. The service has been great and Payoneer seems to get better and better overtime. Love it! 10/10

This is one of the most RAGGIDIEST APPS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
It makes absolutely no sense why It has been 3 DAYS YES DAYS and I still can’t signup for this raggedy app… You can’t get help because you ain’t signed up and when trying to login it keeps CONSTANTLY telling me my password is wrong??? I mean SERIOUSLY!!! If I could have gave 0 stars I would have!!!!

You Developers Need to DELETE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE AND STOP SAYING U FIXED THE BUGS!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Doesn’t give any issues, and always find the answers I need.

Never dealt with an app that operated so unprofessionally and with no regard for people’s time to even respond to their inquiries.

I signed up with this app and immediately used it to withdraw funds. Within 2 days my funds were processed and sent to my bank account. This was perfect because most financial services I dealt with handled things fast like this.

Now here I am trying to withdraw more funds and I’m having an extremely difficult time. First my funds were confirmed to be received by Friday. And nothing. Then it was confirmed to have deposited today and it is currently 3:16PM. I have reached out to support 4 times today since 8 am with no avail. It has been a week that my funds were “disbursed”. Yet they haven’t made it to my account.

I am now forced to go through the live chat. The live chat is an even bigger joke. They told me I was number 84 in line and would have to wait AN HOUR AND 5 MINUTES before I speak to an agent. Seriously? Is it just one person trying to act as though this is a legitimate company? And the wait time continues to increase. 5 minutes ago I had a 11 minute wait time. Now if exceeded back to 16 minutes. I have been waiting for an hour. I will ensure any colleges of mine run from Payoneer FAST.

This is the 1st time I am using this app, I have to say out of all the payment companies I used, this is the worst. First of all, I got a client sending me a big deposit to my company, but this app held it for over a week and not releasing it; Secondly, they keep asking for the original of my company’s incorporation document, but I incorporated through a very popular online agent company who only gave me digital copies, which I uploaded to the portal. I had no problem opening bank account or PayPal account, I also sent IRS EIN number, they are still not releasing the fund. I tried their online chat, there was always no one there, I sent multiple online inquiries and no replies. This is causing me delay to deliver products and services to my client. Who will pay for the damages?

Everything was going fine until a few days ago. I was receiving money payments with no hassle for a year. During this time, I moved from the Czech Republic back to the states. I was home for 3 months receiving payments and had no complaints. Then, out of nowhere, they decided I needed to give them more information. The money I received always went in my American account. It made no difference where I was. Now, they are withholding my money until I make a new account which will take a few days. I have bills to pay and they are going to make me late on them. The best they can do is apologize. The same thing happened to my girlfriend. I am not happy with this company.

I really like the latest updated app. Now it's really designed nicely and user friendly. But there is missing a option (That how much I can withdraw from an ATM). This is really important option for withdraw from an ATM, I wish to get the option included in the latest app asap. Already you described in Payoneer details what new in the apps but that is missing.

I thing this app is the best online money transaction wallet. I've been using it for 4 years. It helps a lot of Bangladeshi freelancers. Easily they withdrew their money from online marketplace.
This is really the biggest contribution I have made to the freelancers in Bangladesh.

I don’t know what I was thinking when I created an account with this app, I would recommend people to stay away from them as far as you can, there are alternatives, use them instead if you are the type who would rather learn the hard way! I did a small task for a client, and I made 51$, this app charged me 15$, you heard that right, no kidding! 15$ for the transaction to my account plus the bank fee, at the end I only worked for this app and the bank! I am closing my account with them and delete all my information! That’s ridiculous!! That experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, thanks God that won’t happen again!!

Agh! This just is a login for the website. I have to log into Payoneer and then opens a browser and forces me to login again to website.

The website is challenging to navigate on mobile. You should not release an app without basic functions, like send/receive payments or check status and etc.

If you are wanting to release an app only to redirect user to browser, then don’t have an app. Save the negative reviews such as this one. You may contact me to update my reviews to 5-star should your app improve

Payoneer works well except when I updated my account password. It doesn’t recognize the update and keeps prompting me to change my password. I even logged out and tried to login but the issue is still there. Now I’m trying to reinstall Payoneer to see if that works. Please look into this issue. Thanks

Its too great for me and many other freelancers from Africa. Just one more thing i think it will be great if we can upload our profile pictures on our accounts on the Mobile app

Hello, I’m new to this stuff and I’ll be asking some few questions 1)Do you get your card automatically after signing up 2)How do you get your bank details where to send money 3) Can you send money to other countries???

I did, almost two weeks as I’m explaining them my problem and no results. Another point for every single my replay I wait 3-4 days to get the replay.

Every competitor to this app is allowing instant transfers to bank account via their app, I can’t even make standard slow, 3-5 business day transfers via this app’s app. I would gladly pay a fee to this service. Just too Limited and restricted to be of any real world use.

got a problem setting up my account due to their technical glitch. been waiting two hours for online support, cust. rep didn’t help and just hang up the line. VP customer service give his email on the website in case of making complaints. but the e-mail sent was always bounced back, what a joke!

I downloaded Payoneer to redeem my spoons from spoons radio they stole the money I have ... I never received it I contacted them and nothing so I’m not happy I will be contact spoons and having several other people inform them your stealing customers money which is ridiculous a lot of spoon users donate there money to fundraisers like st. Judes and stuff your just robbing people
