DO NOT Buy This Warranty

After having the warranty for 6 out of 7 years, we filed a claim for some grease stains. Claim process was a bit of a process under the old app, but it was approved and they came and cleaned the sofa. 4 months later our toddler made a mess of chocolate in various locations of the sofa. This time however, they denied the claim based on the photos submitted, claiming the stains were a gradual build up of stains, which is not covered. I disputed this, stating A) there’s no way to determine a gradual build up of stains from a photo and B) that a technician was just in our home 4 months previous and did not note any build up of stains. Now, our warranty is useless. We cannot file any further claims. Where in the warranty does it state that a denial voids the entire warranty? We have consulted an atty and will be pursuing reimbursement of the unused warranty that is useless. The original warranty ran us about $2,000 on a $6,000 sofa.

Terrible service

I filed a claim took forever for someone to get back to me. Had one guy come out look said he couldn’t fix it. I called back they sent another guy out. He could fix it but didn’t have the right tools. Would hear back from Macys but never did. Called them back said I could not file on this because it was after 2 week window! What a rip off & scam! I will not ever buy a Worry No More from Macys again!!!

Horrible UI/UX

The amount of times you have to answer the same question is ludicrous……. So you type out what the issue is, take photos to submit and then you have to answer 8 more questions that you already answers when you WROTE OUT what the problem was. WorryNoMore is atrocious and you’re better off just calling your sales associate to handle the claim for you.

With all the issues I’ve had, I’d never purchase the Worry No More again.

This warranty is a scam!

Forget what any salesperson may have told you — they will deny your claim and you have no recourse. We were told pet damage would be covered, but the claw marks on our couch were dismissed as “gradual build up over time.” Worse, the ripped seam in our couch cushion was also dismissed as “gradual build up over time.” It’s not really a warranty if they deny all claims. The sales person at Macy’s lied to us.

So what can you do? Nothing. They already have your money. Your only appeal is to the same people who just denied the claim!

There should be a class action lawsuit against these crooks.

Scam!

We purchased the worry no more warranty coverage for our dining table. We have had the table for about 3 years and we purchased a 5 year plan. I had filed a original claim for some accidental chipping and scratching. They denied the claim and referred me to email the disputes department which was a complete waste of time. Just recently I filed a claim because of a accidental spill causing stain and bubbling. Again they denied my claim. When I told them that I reviewed the terms and conditions and accidental spills are in fact covered, they told me to file a dispute. It is clear they have no intentions of honoring their terms and conditions. This is 100% a scam, they will take your money and never honor the terms. Read past reviews no one has ever wrote a review saying Worry No More has actually replaced or repaired an item under warranty. WORRY NO MORE IS A SCAM.

Good app. Warranty not good.

We have babies. So babies make accidents. Spit up especially. They covered the first claim. I was very happy. I was skeptical when buying but decided to try it out. But I filed the claim. Technician came after 2 days and cleaned everything it was great. Well the baby spit up again 3 weeks later. the second claim they denied for being accumulation. Babies move their head around and spit up. What you want me to do? I disputed it. But let’s see. App is easy. warranty I would not waste my money. Rather buy a machine and clean it myself.

Claim process

While the claim process was easy. There is too many options to choose from as far as describing whats wrong. Most options are not written in a way thats easy to understand

I think it would be best to just let the customer describe the problem and then choose which piece it is related too

Which plan?

Since my chair broke in an accident, I wasn’t sure which one of my plans to select, structural or accidental. Took a guess. Also, I wasn’t able to choose more pics to submit show full extent of damage. The easiest claim I’ve submitted was on the phone. Their website, in 2018, was a nightmare @ was asking for more pictures for claim than for a marketing shoot. WorryNoMore is much easier, but still needs some work.

Using the app

WorryNoMore was very easy to use. The only time we had an issue was trying to figure out if our section that was broken was the right arm or left arm. A picture showing what a right arm versus left arm looks like would be useful as we almost picked the wrong one. Other than that it was very quick and easy to file a claim.

Overall simple to use and submit my claim

While WorryNoMore is very straight forward and simple to use, I had a hard time going back a step if I was not content with a picture or video I had previously taken. While it was not convenient to start over I found this much easier than speaking to someone and trying to explain to them the issue I was trying to get resolved.

Easy to submit claims but has simple issues

Very easy to file the claim, but found few issues: 1. While taking pictures there is no option to take more than one pic.
Other issue is when we add more than 3 issues the Submit claim button is going to the bottom of the screen and invisible to press on it. Tried multiple times to drag it up and hit the button.

Submitted but took some time

Submission was easy but I’m still not sure I did it right! I purchased a 3 piece sectional and and have issues with the fabric on all of it. They are labeled in WorryNoMore with a scu number or something (no description included which would clear up all confusion) so I have no idea what piece of the couch I’m claiming or if I have claimed the whole couch which was my intention.
The whole photos and problem selection of the claim process was simple and easy so that was nice but I’m still not sure I’ve done it right and you only have 3 days to file!!!!

1 Minor bug but easy to use and great app

Please review WorryNoMore because when you create multiple claims the Submit button moves down and the application doesn’t scroll down making the submission very challenging. Other than this, great job with the application and easy to use. Thank u

Easy to Use

Easy to use and allows one to provide lots of detail. It can take a minute to figure out exactly what you to want to choose from the list of choices, but you also provide an explanation in your own words and pictures. Overall, great app.

Great App! Extremely helpful

When I was looking back for our insurance information, I came across WorryNoMore and was pleasantly surprised on how quick, efficient and detailed it was to put in a claim. We are extremely happy with WorryNoMore and are grateful that we were able to submit our claim so seamlessly.

Worrynomore app

WorryNoMore was very easy to use. Just follow the screen prompts. Using my iPhone, it took less than 15 minutes including logging in for the first time. I wish I had known it was so simple to file a claim.

Easy to File Claim

I’ll update once I see how easy it is to get the repair/replacement I need…but filing the claim itself was a super easy process and WorryNoMore provided plenty of guidance to make sure I submitted sufficient information/photos/video so that (hopefully!) I won’t have to provide further details once the claim is processed.

Easy and practical to submit claims

I wanted to submit a claim on an item. It was very easy for me to describe what was wrong and I was given the option to submit pictures and videos to show the damage. On top of that, there was an option to highlight where the damage was given one of the pictures I submitted.

Easy and user friendly

Found WorryNoMore perfect. Walked me through and had my products already listed. Appreciate that I didn’t have track down all the receipts.

A piece of mind with an easy claim process

This is a great warranty if something accidentally happens to your beautiful purchase. It is easy to make a claim with WorryNoMore and it truly is a worry no more policy. Easy to claim and it was worth the purchase of the warranty.
