How to fix MyTherapy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyTherapy app on iPhone
Update MyTherapy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyTherapy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyTherapy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyTherapy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyTherapy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyTherapy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyTherapy App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyTherapy » click [Force Stop]

Update MyTherapy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyTherapy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyTherapy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyTherapy.

Fix MyTherapy unable to contact server/ MyTherapy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyTherapy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyTherapy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyTherapy
