Disgusted... They got me in and then raised my fees 10x. Bait and switch I tell you. Other companies will grandfather you in while these guys bait and switch.

LogMeInRescueCustomer is sketchy. My problem was not resolved by downloading LogMeInRescueCustomer if anything it made the process slower
I am upset that I thought I was receiving help and only to find out it was hackers who logged in on my device.
Guy tried to hack my phone and became argumentative when we questioned him and asked to speak with a supervisor and hung up. I ended the call ASAP.
LogMeInRescueCustomer is very bad app because I got scammed by some scammers and they stole my money and seen every information I was entering.

LogMeInRescueCustomer doesn't do anything useful. The most important thing would be to allow the tech to see the iPad Screen as the user navigates an app. You can get screenshots but what good is that?

Hmmm I don’t know about that letting someone have access to your account and then you click a button and they’re supposed to disconnect. I know some companies are legit and honest about what they do but other companies pay record what they see and keep that camera and all that stuff open. Just saying have you ever seen your camera late just pop on for no reason at all
I was expecting the technician console, but this is LogMeInRescueCustomer to allow a technician to access your iPhone.
The technician console would be more useful
I finally am grateful for the update to allow a reliable ability to at least let the user share their screen. This falls short of 5 stars as we don’t have the ability to take control of the users phone.
