I appreciate being able to see you when I have appointments scheduled outside of checking my computer, however it would be great if BestNotes could also provide ability to complete and work on ongoing notes and tasks.
If you have a phone, it’s just okay. You can’t link clients to appointments which is very disappointing. The worst thing is there’s not an app for the iPad. It’s the same as the phone app with very little accessibility outside of the laptop. For as much as they charge per-person, you’d think this would be handled by now
Not at all the same as the desktop version - cannot access files, register hours/times. Basically useless.
How do I check people in and out through mobile
I can’t lug a laptop around to various locations. Not sure why a full mobile version isn’t available.
While BestNotes is an improvement over the mobile site BN had it is still very limited in what can be done. I'd like to be able to specify what type of note to write, write reports based on templates, and run reports.... Basically I'd like BestNotes to complete all the same functions the native program does!
The words (sections) overlap each other and makes it impossible to read the notes. Need to fix this.
Although the newer updates have made BestNotes easier to navigate trying to add specific client note events in the calendar are basically impossible since in the desktop version we have templates for our client events and the mobile version won’t open with them and you can not start the event earlier than the current time with these and if you could the calendar would not show them since you can’t look at past dates. Also a separate mobile app or an added feature that would support medication documentation would be extremely helpful (way better then using the this app.com/apps/crm website, it’s slow and glitchy and always way to zoomed out).
The most recent update came with a few new features that are very helpful. However, once trying to return to q-logs it is SO SLOW to load anything, and it always jumps to the top of the page, which can be frustrating. With writing/replying to q-logs through the mobile app everything looks fine, however if pulled up on a laptop. Example would be any sort of punctuation tends to come out weird: won’t (sent through BestNotes ) shows as won”#[n’t on a laptop — that’s a rough example. Another frustrating thing is when on the desktop app you cannot go through past pages of q-logs. It’s possible to do this on the mobile app, however with how slow it is to open/load a q-log and then to have the feed of q-logs reload is so slow that it’s near impossible to go through previous pages. Really hoping this can be changed.
I love having this on my phone, it really streamlines my job at the end of the shift. Unfortunately one of the main templates I need is now unavailable. I was hoping for an update, but it doesn’t seem y’all do regular updates.
Still a great tool to have, and I’m still able to utilize most of BestNotes .
I was hoping by now there would be better app support for the iPhone and iPad. More specifically, the iPad app does not rotate into landscape mode for those of us using the iPad Pro. This would be a huge improvement to allow for landscape orientation while using BestNotes. I hope someone reads this soon!
I am appreciative of BestNotes as it allows me to sign off on my supervisees notes; however, I would really appreciate the ability to unlock them.
Generally BestNotes should be able to do more.
I would like BestNotes to be able to be log contacts to notes and events on calendar. Need better accessibility to events on calendar.
I like best notes very much, however the iPad iPhone app is very limited. I would like to see the whole program become available for the iPad.
Able to view client charts, review documents needing signature, new admission applications and qlog messages on the go. I can create notes in the activity log for a client. This is nice to be able to document a phone call or quick note using the built in phone dictation. Looking forward to more functionality in the future!
BestNotes is now very functional and just like this app, intuitively easy to use. The only other review on BestNotes was 10 YEARS AGO.
