The previous app was great. My wife and I could log in and select the appropriate scripts to refill, without a hitch. We were forced over to mobileRx several months ago. Initially, neither of us could sign in or use, so we would manage to get in to the old app and submit our prescriptions. A few months later, mobileRx started to work (on the most part) and there was no way we could still use the old app. Now, I can’t even sign in and my wife keeps getting kicked out. mobileRx needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

Old app worked fine even though it kept trying to force me to update. Old app has stopped working now and this piece of junk still can’t find any pharmacies within 50 miles of me when I’m in the parking lot of the pharmacy that told me to use this.

mobileRx is so clunky and almost completely useless. I find it easier to call my Pharmacy’s phone number and use the automated refill option over mobileRx. Hoping it’s overhauled soon!

More often than not I get a message that says “sorry cannot load prescription information at this time. Try logging in again. “ when it does work it’s great but that’s not often.

I have been having ongoing problems with mobileRx, and your response in the pop up is to ask my pharmacy; the poor pharmacist has called you multiple times and it’s STILL not working- Ultimately this is going to cost Penn Medicine Outpatient pharmacy my business, if you all can’t fix mobileRx-

You need a number folks can call for technical assistance, not throw it back on the pharmacist to figure out, she doesn’t have the time to worry about that.

This new version is not as good as the other version! Does not keep a list of my meds or the fill list! You should not have to enter your meds each time you need medicine! Please fix this. I loved the previous version! Why fix something that wasn’t broken.

The account verification process does not work because I cannot change the phone number from landline to cell and receive a text message

Cannot log in with my account. It says prescription data cannot be loaded. Tried making a new account and that says my name is not found in the pharmacies database. I’ve been using the previous app with no problem and now cannot use the new one at all.

The new app doesn’t have ability to scan Rx numbers which can lead to entering incorrect number whereas previous version incorporates a scanner. Doesn’t allow for searching prescriptions that are on file and filable when old prescriptions run out of refills. Doesn’t allow for any way to email message to pharmacy.

I have spent a lot of time attempting to use this new version. mobileRx will not identify the pharmacy I use. There is one pharmacy brought up and only one pin in the map and it isn’t the pharmacy I use. Bring back the previous version!

mobileRx is dangerous, it does not work and has three times now not sent in my medicine refills, after saying it had and my pharmacy says they have no record of the meds being sent in. Who made mobileRx and keeps it updated should be ashamed, you are potentially endangering someone’s life with your poor working app.

I was FORCED to update the old this app app to this new one, and have since had nothing but issues.

Calling their “customer support” was not helpful.

When attempting to log into the new app, first I got “sorry. No pharmacy information is available. Try logging in again” (this was yesterday 12/29) and today I got “sorry. Your account was moved to another pharmacy” - when I clicked the HOME button, it brought up a map of ROME. As in ROME, ITALY. (I live in a tiny town that only has like 3 pharmacies. In ILLINOIS!!)

Unfortunately, I can’t use the old app, as it directs to the new, not improved, NON WORKING app. 🧐

The old app was much more user friendly. The old app listed out the meds so all you had to do was just the box. I had refills on file but the new app would not let me send because it said the RX was expired. So I went to the old app and my request went right thru. I will be calling in my refills. I shouldn’t have to type out my meds each time. They should be there for me to pick from

I downloaded mobileRx to be able to see my prescriptions at my pharmacy. First it took forever to download. Then after I created a profile etc. and finally got in, it kept going to a Verify ID page. Each time I try to do that mobileRx shuts down. So I can’t use it. Simply AWFUL.

I was on the correct hospital system and now it won’t let me choose them again. It’s very frustrating. Great app when it works. How can I fix it?

Could not get to the profile section on desktop version not sure why the profile goes into that level of detail on mobileRx . Privacy concerns but when I go to about and privacy policy that is blank! Scary!

Every time I try to scan a medication, mobileRx shuts off

I did put med RX number and also scan on camera and after I fill up I press refill here the pop sign say prescriptions refill failed, there was a problem contact the refill service. Please try again later or contact support.

Can u fix the bug pls

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. mobileRx has worked PERFECTLY for me. App is so helpful! Read instructions & follow them & app should work just fine!

Good improvement from the old app! User friendly. Will use for my local pharmacy that it found quickly in the system.

New app does not work. Will not allow log in. Should have worked out bugs before release.

Took a perfectly good app and destroyed it.

Never received a confirmation email so I can’t login

So, after switching over to mobileRx:
1. My previous login info doesn’t work
2. No email was sent to set up a new account
3. There seems to be no way to contact support from mobileRx .

I’d avoid mobileRx for now.

Unable to log in despite resetting password. Utterly worthless and obviously cheaply made. Avoid.

I registered for an account and never received the confirmation email so now mobileRx is useless to me!

My current pharmacy has used mobile rx for years. The old app stayed we had to download the new app as the ‘legacy app is phasing out’. The new app says it can’t find my pharmacy! Worthless.

Downloaded mobileRx and signed up. Never received a confirmation email to be able to use the account.

Downloaded and it does not recognize my pharmacy as even existing. I’m pretty sure the pharmacy that it is directing me to, closed about 5 years ago.

Absolutely hate this version- Does not work Filling in the info is annoying -tapping to enter is lame, having no way to dismiss the keypad when finished is incredibly stupid

Although the screen in mobileRx store states you can enter in a username, entering the same credentials used in the older app does not. Neither does using an email address. Cannot register email address because it is already registered from the older app. Not sure if this is mobileRx or the pharmacy’s issue, but mobileRx is not usable. Sticking with the older app until this gets resolved.

This application is like having your best friend with you all the time!
