I appreciate being able to see you when I have appointments scheduled outside of checking my computer, however it would be great if this app could also provide ability to complete and work on ongoing notes and tasks.

If you have a phone, it’s just okay. You can’t link clients to appointments which is very disappointing. The worst thing is there’s not an app for the iPad. It’s the same as the phone app with very little accessibility outside of the laptop. For as much as they charge per-person, you’d think this would be handled by now

Not at all the same as the desktop version - cannot access files, register hours/times. Basically useless.
