Don’t bother with UtahRealEstatecom . UtahRealEstatecom is frustrating to use. You can’t select the amount you really want. It would be nice if you could go up by at least $25,000 increments as apposed to $50,000 or better yet let us type the number we want instead of using the scrolling system then those looking for 340,000 don’t have some pop up that are more too. Other real estate apps have this feature.
You can’t select houses with basement as a sort feature so you end up having houses pop up that don’t have basements and again you have to deal with extra houses. Other real estate apps have this too.
You can’t ignore listings so if you look everyday (which it often saves the features I have selected) I see the same houses pop up it would be nice to ignore houses I truly don’t want.
Maybe this is just an iPhone problem maybe not but it is annoying that as you zoom in and out on the map house dots disappear or appear even if you are zoomed way in. I have zoomed in on one street and had no houses showing. But when I search that street there were 3. So why can I see them sometime and not at others they should always be there.
Don’t bother with UtahRealEstatecom the website is much better! I do like utah real estate but UtahRealEstatecom not so much.

I’ve used UtahRealEstatecom over the past several years and keep waiting for it to get better and continuously update hoping that some of the issues will be fixed. Photos don’t display and after clumsily scrolling through a list of homes it reloads all of the homes and puts me at the top again or starts showing me homes I’ve already seen. I depend on UtahRealEstatecom to show me the most accurate information about Utah homes and with all of these issues, I’ve lost confidence in UtahRealEstatecom and typically go to the website as it seems more stable. As far as features go, I think it has everything I would want but it is way too buggy.

UtahRealEstatecom seems to function just fine until you get into using it. Properties will show up on the map, and then pinch+zoom a slight tiny fraction and they disappear. And then there’s the only showing 50 results. Just show me all the results of my search! I don’t want to look at a select few of my results, I want all my results. “But, you just have to zoom in a little bit more.” Okay, see problem number one. Some properties just stop showing up. Another useful feature would be to x-out properties you’ve seen, but aren’t interested in or having only show you the new releases you haven’t already seen.

UtahRealEstatecom doesn’t work properly. It freezes. The filter doesn’t function right and won’t let you select things or when it does it won’t apply it to the search. I forgot my password so I tried using the “forgot my password” feature but when you enter the user name and hit submit, it sits there with a notice that says “requesting password reset” but it doesn’t do anything else and I have to close out UtahRealEstatecom . It seems like no one is monitoring it and it needs maintenance.

I like the map function and the filters are pretty fine but lately it won’t let me favorite anything and comes up with a server error when I click on just about everything. I checked my WiFi and updates and after several weeks of this, it makes it pretty tricky to use.

We have Been using UtahRealEstatecom for several months. We had it on both of our phones and we would get totally different listings. She would see on that would never appear on mine. We both kept receiving server errors especially when we zoomed into or moved around in the map function. I do not recommend. Hope the devs fix these issues soon because they are going to loose several users as they lost us due to all of the problems

Great app but when you want to show the house you purchased to people, you don’t want to show the price in the listing bit There has to be a way to hide the price

The Redfin app is far superior. I pay every month for the worst real estate app in the business. I have no idea why third party companies are getting right while the company who owns the data is failing hard. I’ll never know why UtahRealEstate built a new system instead of buying one that works.

Imagine a house hunting app where the houses appear and disappear at will and randomly. Well, guess what, you don’t have to imagine it if you download UtahRealEstatecom! Houses show up and then disappear even if you’re fast enough to click on it. Then you have to find them again as it’s constantly refreshing and hiding homes and showing more while hiding more. It’s insane.

It’s been years and they still haven’t fixed fundamental issues like properties appearing and disappearing as you pan/zoom around the same area. This doesn’t happen in the map view on their web site, just in UtahRealEstatecom. Makes it pretty worthless.

Every time I try to zoom onto a photo or even try to get a closer look, it zooms in funny. Like the picture literally just leaves the screen. Other than that, great app.

There are more than one thing that bugs the hell out of me with UtahRealEstatecom! But the most frustrating one is in the calculator, you can’t type the in the different figures you want. You HAVE to use the slide bar yet it will not stay on a the numbers I want. The second I take my finger off of the slide bar, it changes. The only reason I have his app is because my realtor uses it.

Love using the new version of UtahRealEstatecom from URE. I use it literally every day in the field. Each update makes it easier to use with constant improvements. Thanks!

This used to be my favorite App. Now it’s so bad I hardly can use it. As a Real estate agent, I have to use it for scheduling showings, but it isn’t great and freezes. Also, it’s impossible to look at listings since the last update. I hope they fix all the bugs so I can go back to using it.

For an immigrant, UtahRealEstatecom is nothing short of a boon. Helping one find a place at a click with all the condition pre applied. This is certainly one of the best utility apps one can find.

If there were no other Real Estate apps available then I could see a need for this. However, there is limited search criteria, the map search really seems to struggle, photos/tours crash constantly, and after doing a phone update, now most property photos don’t load at all. Frustrating.

Pretty sure my app used to work on my iPhone 11 but it just opens to a black screen and never loads. What the heck? They’re about to come out with a new iPhone and based on recent reviews, it still doesn’t work with the one that’s a full year old?

It’d be so nice if the dots for the houses I've already tapped on turned a different color. And why does UtahRealEstatecom always start completely zoomed out every time I open it? It’s hard to use, and really looks bad. Every other home buying app is better.

I’d been loving UtahRealEstatecom until you populated it with every stupid school marked by a giant blue balloon. I can hardly see the houses with them everywhere. Can’t this be optional?

Among many of the other bugs and problems with UtahRealEstatecom we cannot do a historical search there's no way to get the keyboard to slide down to submit the search after you put in the specifics. Why are we paying so much money for the MLS if UtahRealEstatecom does not work?

As a Realtor, it’s a great tool, needs some bug fixtures and some improvements but it’s a heck of a lot easier than bringing paper copies of the MLS

Developers please fix!

Every time I sign in it only let’s me use UtahRealEstatecom for a couple seconds before it kicks me out and asks me for my login information. UtahRealEstatecom is completely unusable, someone really needs to make a quick update to fix it.

Every time I try to “favorite” a listing it returns an error, “Something went wrong with the server.” I’ve tried logging out and back in and reinstalling UtahRealEstatecom . What is the point of an MLS app if you can’t favorite listings to discuss with your realtor???

I have an iPhone XR and I cannot load any pictures of any listings on UtahRealEstatecom! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it, also restarted my phone and no pictures are loading! Very inconvenient and upsetting!

I love UtahRealEstatecom. Absolutely love it. When it works. My husband and I are looking for out first home. In our area and the areas we are looking homes are selling like hot cakes. So I found UtahRealEstatecom and my realtor says I'm doing her job for her. But lately every time I go to look (just today I've tried 10+ times) it says there is a problem with geocoding. I'm getting real sick of your crap Utah real estate app. I love you but right now I absolutely hate you.

UtahRealEstatecom used to be pretty good, now it’s crap. It crashes every other home you click on, which makes it useless to search for a home. Get another app or use the website.

Too many bugs. Frequently does not work in the evenings—map will not load the correct areas. Consistently returns server errors. Map used to include amenities nearby, but hasn’t in a couple years.
