I need to cancel my subscription. It was just renewed via PayPal.
My MAKES YOU FLUENT subscription has autorenewed ALTHOUGH it was already cancelled as per the attached screenshot....it was renewed in error but all attempts to obtain a refund have failed. This organization is obviously not reliable... Please ensure funds are remitted...
I cannot get this to work, it sounds like fraud!
Mail already sent, have been totally unable to use the app, that is I just can't open it. Either show me how to overcome this problem or give me my money back, so far I have got nothing for it!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription to MakesYouFluent but the card I originally used is lost. I need you to use the replacement. It’s amazing that the subscription still comes out (!?!) and you wont accept the new card number for refund.

I've tried this app, but didn't like it and requested to cancel subscription and get a refund. The subscription was cancelled, but no refund. After going back and forth, I received this email:

This program does not work as advertised. It is a bait and switch. I have contacted them several times and the response now is a 50% refund. This tells me they know they are wrong. The AI doesn’t work as it is supposed to and you only get two minutes with the AI character who interrupts and doesn’t listen anyway. It doesn’t correct your errors. It does not work as advertised. Once again, it is a bait and switch scheme. If you know nothing about a language, you can learn something. But if you are trying advance to an upper level, it does not work as expected. Also suspiciously my reviews seem to be deleted. I haven’t found them when I search for them and my review comes at blank when I go to update it . I don’t feel like they are a trustworthy company.

You might have seen ads for this on Instagram. Maybe you saw an AI figure conversing with someone. That is NOT what this app looks like. And that is NOT what you’ll experience. Beyond that it’s just a series of glitches. And when you get to an actual lesson they have zero structure. Just random words with no relation. This app is a huge scam. Do not fall for it. Regardless of the discount you’ll receive. And lastly, if you do sign up you’ll be offered around ten different packages. One after the other after the other after the other. Do not get any of those until you try the app. Because you will not like the over all experience. And there are no refunds. No matter how quickly you cancel. 100% scam.
