Don’t ever subscribe it! You’d immediately see how badly it’s designed for working with the language. Then, you’d write them next day and and for the refund. And guess what? You’re not going to get a refund. It’s not refundable, they tell you. So here you are - losing your money! I paid for a few languages, and it’s a stupid approach to the language!!! Then, two days after I realized it, I asked for the refund. They refused!!! So you end up being cheated! Do not get into their trap!!!! Awful!!!

No option to sign up within MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp . I went to their website and went through the entire process of selecting what I want to learn and taking their quiz twice for it to bring me back to the home page each time. I made an account and it kicked me out both times not allowing me continue because I don’t have subscription but there is no option to subscribe in MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp or online. MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp description also doesn’t mention in app purchases or subscriptions required.

This program does not work as advertised. It is a bait and switch. I have contacted them several times and the response now is a 50% refund. This tells me they know they are wrong. The AI doesn’t work as it is supposed to and you only get two minutes with the AI character who interrupts and doesn’t listen anyway. It doesn’t correct your errors. It does not work as advertised. Once again, it is a bait and switch scheme. If you know nothing about a language, you can learn something. But if you are trying advance to an upper level, it does not work as expected. Also suspiciously my reviews seem to be deleted. I haven’t found them when I search for them and my review comes at blank when I go to update it . I don’t feel like they are a trustworthy company.

You might have seen ads for this on Instagram. Maybe you saw an AI figure conversing with someone. That is NOT what MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp looks like. And that is NOT what you’ll experience. Beyond that it’s just a series of glitches. And when you get to an actual lesson they have zero structure. Just random words with no relation. MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp is a huge scam. Do not fall for it. Regardless of the discount you’ll receive. And lastly, if you do sign up you’ll be offered around ten different packages. One after the other after the other after the other. Do not get any of those until you try MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp . Because you will not like the over all experience. And there are no refunds. No matter how quickly you cancel. 100% scam.

The sentences are things like “the waiter will smile while taking your order”. These are the things you will learn under subjects like ordering food. Shopping segment is even more ridiculous. Don’t have AI write your material it’s absolutely awful. They advertise that you will learn with ai but you only get 2 minutes per day to work with the ai bot. This is the worst program so far. Unless your advanced you can’t talk with the ai bot as they start throwing sentences with words the software has never taught you. Awful just awful. Reading the 5 star reviews just now definitely a bot wrote those as well. Humans just don’t speak like that. I feel scammed

After going through the process and trusting their advertisement when paying for a subscription, I could not have been more disappointed. The AI chat is filled with glitches, repeats the same phrases, gives poor and often incorrect feedback, and is completely different from what was advertised. This feels like a beta testing only they are raking in your money for something that does not even remotely resemble a “tutor”. I have requested my refund after 15 minutes of being completely shocked how bad, glitchy, and misleading MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp is.

I've tried MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp, but didn't like it and requested to cancel subscription and get a refund. The subscription was cancelled, but no refund. After going back and forth, I received this email:

The reviews I read made this sound great - I’m seriously underwhelmed.
1st, I can’t use on my desktop MacBook Pro, as it’s not an m1.
2nd, I’ve had very hit or miss results in even running in on my iPad Pro (iOS 8.2.1)…no sound is a common feature.
3rd - signed up for a year, but want to cancel renew when it’s time….except there is no clear way to do that.
All in all, so far my only positive impression is the quality of the start page. I’ll keep trying as I have until Dec 2025!

MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp is so bad. It is glitchy and the ai is insanely bad. There’s a function for entering your own sentence in to have it translate, which sounds very cool. Tried it today and it didn’t translate my sentence to Spanish, it just read my sentence back to me in a Spanish accent with English words. The ai conversations don’t really teach you anything, you just regurgitate sentences without learning the vocabulary. The daily lessons aren’t cohesive or repetitive enough to actually retain what you’ve learned. Was hoping I could ditch the more expensive Duolingo for this, but it’s awful. Clearly a money grab.

I click on “beginner practice language” then “role play common situations”, select an AI tutor, then get sent to a Select Conversation Method page, but app gets stuck there, there isn’t a “START” button to push or an option to arrow back. It appears the full graphic is sitting too low on my iPhone screen, and that’s why I can’t see the start button. I have reached out to support but haven’t heard back

It seems like it could be a great app. But as of now, there are a ton of technical issues… the AI robot repeats the same reply over and over again. One time, it wasn’t even responding anything at all just completely blank responses. Sometimes I can’t get it to play the audio. They have a lot of work to do, to make MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp worthwhile… So my opinion as of now, is don’t waste your time or your money. Hopefully they will continue to work on and improve MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp , maybe then it would be worth it.

My first attempts to use MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp have been complicated by glitches. Sometimes the AI generated sentences repeat themselves by inserting multiple copies of the same sentence scattered throughout itself, and when it speaks the microphone picks it up and types what MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp just said as if it were my response. Also I sometimes cannot delete things in the text response box, and the text ends up being sent as a response before I am done trying to fix it. It has been a frustrating experience.

Seem to have encountered a glitch in the program. When I first started using the program, I would speak my responses and I would get a dialogue box explaining whether or not my response is correct or not in explaining where I might’ve deviated from the correct response. I could play the audio of my entry and also the audio of the next question in the series. Now the green and orange dialog boxes appear, but there is no text inside the boxes and I cannot play any audio.

The voice recognition is slow. And you can’t repeat the same word to correct your self. The sentence construction interface is stupid. Shouldn’t move the words around as the user selected the words. Duolingo is better in both of these aspects. The AI interaction is refreshing at first. But it seems yo-yo repeat the same questions over and over again. Needs more intelligence to keep me interested.

MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp is good for vocabulary but several things I have tried to do just come up with blank screens.

I like MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp I learned a few new words in one of the language. However, they only have languages that are in the Roman alphabet. I would love to see a few more languages that aren't in the Roman alphabet, (Russian, Japanese, Hindi) that kind of stuff. MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp is a really good app, and I would recommend it to many people that are trying to learn a language, and are struggling to learn.

Useless. You sign up and in the small print is an auto renew. No emails sent prior to the renewal date. MakesYouFluentAILanguageApp was so bad that I didn’t even remember it until the renewal came through. Customer support is a bit with platitudes and nothing else.
If I could give the whole thing less than one star I would.

So far nothing can touch this since one’s own determination can teach you a language while you compare yourself to a virtual professor/es until you are comfortable that you, comprehend, pronounce correctly and are fluent in a language
