Musi - Offline Music Play Reviews

I deleted this app on accident and then when I downloaded it, it updated to the new purple version or whatever, but now there’s no option to recover my data. On the old one you could just go to settings and retrieve it through the recover thing, now it’s all gone. There’s nothing. How do I retrieve my data???? I had soooo many songs and playlists saved, you’ve got to be kidding me?!?!?!?!!!!!

I’m not one to give reviews but I got a new phone and moved all my data to the new iPhone and I wa trying to download Musi again and it said it was no longer in Musi Store so I had to delete it and now it’s all different plus I have to pay for no adds again so much for being a supporter from day one I had Musi since 2021

I had a account on Musi for several years and I had ordered my save songs and for all of a sudden I had to update the ad and I lost everything in my account and the purchase that I made for no ads thanks. Appreciate it.

Update totally ruined Musi !!! Can’t scroll or type because of an add every 10 seconds and also skipping songs doesn’t give related songs just the same song on repeat! Lags and glitches more and freeze!

This comeback was so good. It almost hit me like the stream East comeback.

Musi is good except the search is a bit weird
the ads aren’t that bad but i wish that they would make a one time pay where you can remove all the ads

when i first got Musi i liked the layout a lot, but then it updated and the whole thing changed, it deleted my playlist and the playlist is just super confusing

The new ui is very limited. There aren’t nearly enough theme options, and I can no longer recover my music. Please fix this.

I opened Musi and immediately a stupid add popped up and when I played music it wasn’t playing

don’t download its not the same as before and honestly just pray that whoever made these changes gets hit by a car and remains on the brink of death for 20 years feeling nothing but immense pain

Im not really sure whats going on with Musi but theres a lot of features that are missing compared to the original version of this app. For example change the theme of Musi , have your youtube login, crossfade, lyrics, and lots more that include personalizing playlists. I think importing music is a ready good option tho.

I love Musi I’ve been using it for a really long time, I got a new phone and then I had to re download it, it’s completely different now, I do like the layout a lot better I think it looks super good. Although… when I was trying to add in all my songs from my old playlist I’d get to add like 3-4 songs without an ad popping up but when it would pop up after I clicked the song I wanted, the music wouldn’t play and I had to completely exit out Musi and swipe up then go back in… now imagine doing that when you had a playlist of like 250 songs… sooo I just stopped at like 50 cause I was getting so frustrated. Other than that the ads aren’t hella annoying since you can just click out of it but please fix that I want the rest of my playlist on Musi😭🙏🙏

i’ve been a proud patron of this app for a while now, ive also been an iphone xr user for a while now. i just got a new iphone 15 and i pretty quickly found that my old this app app didn’t exist anymore!!! so i looked on Musi store and saw this new version. i downloaded it without a second thought and as soon as i opened it up i felt a horror that no other moment in my life can ever compare to.

my playlist was gone. every single song i have saved in the last year is GONE. and i have to start from scratch.

if you have this app and you want to upgrade to the 16, please read this before you do. 😑😑i’ve had this app since 2019. throughout that whole time, i’ve been collecting songs and have collected over 2000 of them. after i got a new phone, everything went downhill.. i clicked the this app app just for it to inform me and say that it is no longer available in Musi store. the time and delicacy i had to put all those playlists together just for it to be wiped away all in one second. don’t even get me started on Musi i’m putting a review on…i didn’t even attempt to make a new playlist. i thought i would be able to restore my data onto Musi, but they’re two different incorporators. if anybody sees this and knows someone with an older model phone that has Musi, give them a warning and tell them to screen record all of the songs they have so in case they do get deleted, at least they will be able to know the songs they had and restore them in a different music app.

I have my old phone and it still has the old this app app its only when i switched my phone that it doesn’t support the old this app app and now I have to exit Musi every time I get an ad because I cant even press the X button to get out of the ad. Over all I absolutely hate the new this app app and hope that I Apple makes the old one available again Because this isn’t even the same app. When I transfer everything over to my new phone it saif that this app app can’t be supported on this device but then if you look it up this is the “this app” app. Its truly disgraceful and I feel like this is a knock off of the original app

is there a paid version so the ads can be blocked as they are very annoying now more than ever! they wont close and
pop up almost as long as Musi is open. there almost as many ads as music . Absolutely un needed. please can i pay to remove them?

I have used this app for over a year loved it and i had no problems. Since the update i lost all of my music since i can not connect my old account to it and i get ads after i payed to have them removed if this can get resolved then i will gladly change my review. Now i have to create all my playlists again and im not too happy about it.

App itself was good, no reason why it had 3.3 million people but now… try and go back the same. Old is always better than new in some type of ways. Fix the issue that people are complaining about and you will have it back new.

No one told you to fix something that was not broken in the first place. I’m annoyed with ads. I would rather pay the $5 to get rid of them forever like the old version. I don’t like I have to completely start all over again building up my playlist. If I can’t have music at free will, im going back to downloading and burning CDs again. This was the best app for listening freedom and now it’s ruined.

this app was the perfect streaming app for music. Now is don’t even know where to begin with it’s flaws. The music alone doesn’t even play. I remember when I could effortlessly play music and create and edit my personal playlists. Heck this new this app doesn’t even have the backup option. Makes me really question what exactly happened. Seems like if something is too good to be true, it just is. #wewantoldmusibacknow

I agree with everyone saying that the layout of Musi changed a lot,and I REALLY like the way that it was. I don’t know if they’re changing it to a 2024 version or whatever but I don’t really think that it’s okay for me to use because I got used to the old version now I have to find another option so,

Cant log in to get my playlists back from Musi before since I had upgraded my iOS to 18 the older version was taken away from Musi Store and now since this one is out I can’t get my playlists back cause I cant sign in no where I’ve been building my playlists for years

I just turned on a new phone and this this app app was new too. It didn’t have my account and all of my playlists were gone. Luckily I have the old app on 2 of my older phones, but I will now have to make those playlists somewhere else. Playlist alone, I had 530 songs stored, not including what I had in my favorites, all just went out the window. Extremely disappointed since I’ve been using Musi for years.

these guys clearly never heard of this phrase before. Musi was perfect the way it was before. Now they turned it into a temu rip off version.

Hate this new update I had to delete this app and then reinstall it only to find that they changed it completely and no longer have the backup option. So the music I been collecting since the 6th grade is gone to give you am idea am a junior in high school now. Bring back the old this app am devastated I lost everything. Am currently crying over losing all my music right now

People people please revert everything was way more nostalgic and better before and the recovery and options this app had were unbeatable no flag this is not da same at all

I love this app. It’s just that the ads are really hard to click off. I understand that ads are necessary for apps like these but maybe make it easier to click off. There’s this one add that is almost impossible to click off.

Just like others on this page. I experienced the same issue myself. Got a new phone and tried to backup this app to the new one. But received this new garbage update where I have to scroll through my songs and at the same time I have to add all my songs back that I had on my previous this app. Why fix something when it’s not broken. This new update is trash.

To make it short they added an update. Completely changed Musi . If you had songs saved before or playlist then they’re all gone. If you try to make a playlist ur gonna get hit by a bunch of ads. If you paid to remove ads permanently like me then ur still gonna get ads. Basically a scam and not what it used to be.

I've been using Musi for so long and it was so good but now that its changed i feel so mad. First off, the background color is ugly, why choose dark purple? Second, the format feels weird, im not used to it at all. Third, Musi is so slow, i tried to play a song and it just wasn't playing + it wasn't showing the music video. this app please bring back your old app, i beg. 🙏🙏
