I have used Sales Force and many other types of CRM systems but this is really all I need. I just wish that I could access the email follow-ups from my phone because they won't open up properly. for a fast and easy reminder system this works really well.

... GQueues is part of the this app "system"--a todo solution integrated with gmail and gcal. It's one of the few todo apps with real, two-way syncing with google calendar. Know that this app is heavily list-based in its organization and workflow.
Unfortunately, though, GQueues needs some improvements and polishing though it has good foundational functionality. Eg, you swipe left to access some key edits but a full swipe left is also delete. Delete should never be paired with other functionality in this way.
Also, for me, the list-based workflow doesnβt really work. If thatβs your work style, you will love this app!

Looking forward to improvements in reporting capabilities and collaboration but unless you are a high speed software developer, this is the simplest and most practical task manager out there for google calendar users. Support is small scale but high quality.

I use GQueues repeatedly all day long seven days a week to manage my personal and business life. It allows me to easily coordinate my actions with those of family members (e.g., grocery list) and business partners globally. The resulting productivity increase has freed up time for to pursue additional leisure and business interests.
The user interface is simple.
Smart Tasks are easily used to show each day's task list.
Tasks are also easily sort by assigned person, queue type (e.g., business, personal, etc.), and tags allow further sorting after the first two (e.g., carpentry , plumbing, electrical, etc.)

I love this task manager. I've used many for 20+ years from the palm pilot days, FRANKLIN Covey, outlook, etc.. and this app is the best. Subscription based apps business models have become the norm, and are expensive long term, but this app is a good value.

GQueues alone increased my gross by 25% in a span of 8 months. It specifically allows me automate and delegate on a much easier platform. Easy to manage. Allows other users sharing your Queue.

I love GQueues! I use it daily, not only to manage my "to do" list but also to track other lists in various areas of my life (e.g. Long-term projects, movies/books I want to read, my Christmas card list, work goals, activity ideas for my kids, etc). I have access to all my info wherever I am, keeping me organized and on track. Easy to use. Quickly syncs and updates. Lots of customizable features, including my favorite, Smart Queues! I use my "Today & Overdue" Smart queue every day. I wouldn't know how to function without this app!

very easy to use and dovetails seamlessly with Google calendar. Use it every day a lot. The only thing they need to improve is adding a location section so that this transfers to google calendar

I love love love this app. It has the best integration with Gmail and tasks also show up, can be created and modified directly in Google Calendar. No other app can do all the things this app can do - and I've tried them all - Things 3, ToDoist, AnyDo, GTasks, all of them! Great job developers. I'd be lost without GQueues!!

After experimenting with several different task apps I was surprised to find myself most enamored with this one. I killed off my long-used Google Tasks after going down the this app road, and it's served the purposes I engaged it for... seamlessly across several platforms. Good app.

I've used this program for 10 years on my desktop, iPad and iPhone and grow with the program along the way. It's ability to sort, change colors, tags and the ability to drag-and-drop items are the most important things to me on a desktop. The addition of being able to dictate into my iPhone and those projects go into my inbox is especially attractive. Probably the other important thing as far as productivity is that I can dictate the note with a date and time and it will populate into my Google calendar. Response from the company ifs quick and helpful.

This is by far the best app for all your productivity needs. You simply need to know how organize your lists. Itβs easy to use, and you can pretty much organize all of your tasks in any way you need. I would recommend reading βGetting Things Doneβ by David Allen to really maximize your use of GQueues!

I was using a more powerful task organizing system (iqtell) for a lot more money; it went belly up; for the money this is an excellent alternative. I have converted my old system to this very quickly. I wish they would make some improvements mostly to the mobile phone platform (local sorts; view tasks and tags). Add some more functionality and I'll bump up to 5 stars.

GQues is one of the best tools I have as a real estate agent. I use it on my desktop and phone app (which is awesome). I also assign tasks to two people that work under me. Itβs super simple, keeps everything organized and makes me super efficient. Iβve told many people about Gques and most donβt use it..... which Iβm not surprised. Thatβs OK Iβll continue working circles around them!!

Useful app and web service. I've gotten the best utility with being a paid subscriber. The add task from within a gmail feature doesn't always load, but, otherwise invaluable . I hope that future versions focus on stability improvements and don't get bogged down by doodads. The only (minor) issue I have is with iPhone... I get reminders for events that have had due dates modified on the original due date.

I'd searched high and low for a task manager that could do everything I needed it to and this one is far and away the best! When paired with the GTD system (as suggested in one of the apps video tutorials) the productivity it has yielded me is unmatched. I have many repeating tasks in many different spheres and it helps me never miss one, but I've also got tasks already scheduled for a year from now that I'll never have to worry about remembering. Really solid app that I have open all day long

When I moved to a new organization, i was given a MacBook and a corporate gmail account. Try as I might, I could not get Outlook to sing like I used to via Windows / server. I set out on a search to duplicate my GTD techniques in a Mac, without Outlook. this app was the answer!!! It's not a one for one transfer of functionality-- I had to adapt and rethink a few things, but over the last 4-5 months I've managed to reconfigure my GTD system and task people -- all thanks to this app. I wouldn't want to live without it now.

this app is my go-to app for organizing my life and goals. It makes it easy to stay on point for upcoming projects. The seamless integration with Google is powerful, something that no other task managers on the market can offer in such a useful way. this app extremely streamline while other task managers are cluttered and messy. this app provides useful features in a clear way. The new comments feature is particularly amazing, as it helps me stay connected with my team. I could not ask for a better task manager!

I've been using GQueues for almost 6 months and it has completely revolutionized the way I stay organized, and definitely increased my level of organization. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something simple and straightforward, the integrates with their calendar, and has a mobile app.
I use GQueues every single days I can't count the amount of time GQueues has saved me, but it has absolutely been worth the investment.

Had to look at a new task management system since my company switched to a Google email server. I also use GTD methodology. I found this system to be the most flexible, stable, easy to use and with good support. The I phone app is reliable and consistent although I'd like to see improvements in the ease of using Overall a very good integrated system.

this app is an excellent web app. It is an ok mobile app. It is not as easy to quickly move items from my inbox to other queues, but to be fair I can't think of a better way to do it given the constraints of a mobile app. One thing I would appreciate is an option to have the text of longer task names all show up in the queue view. The text runs off the screen for most of my task names.
That said, I still find GQueues indispensable for capturing new tasks and ideas, and this app is still, at least for me, the best system overall for productivity.
