Using what3words to remember a location on a hike in France and it has been more than 2k out twice!

I cant use Google Maps, it is not coming up as it used to do as an option when you pick Navigate.
Just downloaded app. Start it up. Asks for language. Choose English. Confirm. Get Client error
It suddenly started talking in a foreign language, even though English is selected.

What3words initially created immediately but after an app update it asks for language to be confirmed. If you click "Update" it hangs and does nothing, if you click "Revert" it crashes
Since previous report - App ipdated, phone rebooted, app still not working. Come on guys, sort it out please!

What3words is not accurate when tested at home address and gives random locations which can be in any direction within about a radius of 500 to 600 meters away .has always been accurate in the past.
