When you click on a notification in iOS for SnapConnect, it takes you to a load screen that doesn’t load. You have to back out. Drag down to reload and go back in.

Sending takes a long time and you can’t leave SnapConnect while it sends.

Adding people to a new conversation is cumbersome and requires many taps or clicks. Sometimes the list of available people loads very slowly or not at all.

Pictures take a very long time to send.

Both in app and online, new messages don’t show up unless you refresh the page or message window. You may get a notification for a conversation that you are looking at and see no message.

I have multiple kids at more than one school using SnapConnect, and the support was able to quickly consolidate my accounts so I only have to be logged in on one account. Here I was, thinking I would have to log out and log in to see the different feeds since they’re at different schools, but they fixed it for me in one afternoon. Thanks!!

I upgraded SnapConnect and now it doesn’t work at all. Just freezes on the opening screen. Gave it three stars because it worked well enough before the upgrade. But now it’s useless.

Can’t mute notifications from certain groups. Didn’t add myself to the group. Unwanted notifications from other parents, all times of day or night.
Get good information from school and school board but unwanted notifications from parents who cannot seem to pay attention.

Can’t mark all notifications read with out opening them. I don’t care enough about activities my kids are not involved in, but I still have to click crap. Notification count is sometimes off. People don’t get marked with their school, so it’s confusing figuring out who some posts are from.

You guys need to really need to troubleshoot SnapConnect. I have tried multiple times to login and even email SnapConnect but no luck! Very frustrating! Keeps saying server is busy and to try check my internet connection. Please please troubleshoot!

After I click posts and read them, it doesn’t mark them read. The number of unread post doesn’t change.

I downloaded, tried to use it, very User unfriendly. Shows I have notifications, I checked everything and it won’t disappear. I deleted SnapConnect , reinstalled it, and it right off the bat told me there was a new version. Look for a newer version. Nothing! Still not working properly... get it together before you roll it out. SO FRUSTRATING!

I’ll prefer something where I can just view my child’s progress and not every student. Can’t seem to add my other child and updating profile keeps giving me and error message. Too much unnecessary information for me.

SnapConnect has been extremely helpful in keeping lines of communication open during this crazy covid crisis.

It worked well until the recent update. Every time I click on SnapConnect it’s just stuck on the loading screen I can’t see what the teachers are posting..this needs to be fixed ASAP

There are so many issues with SnapConnect . Not receiving notices and not hearing videos. I love the concept, but maybe this should be updated and fixed more often.

Love using this to keep track of my kids school! Great for communication and announcements.

Said there was an update. Now after update it stays stuck on load screen. Very frustrating as SnapConnect said I have notifications and now I can’t even get into app to see what the teacher sent.

I never receive a notice that people have sent messages or comment on postings. Very frustrating as a parent trying to be engaged with my child’s educators.

I was excited about this application, but it runs super slow. I didn't even get the chance to navigate through it and explore all the features as it doesn't respond for the most part. I hope it gets better.

I will receive a notification of a new message and when I open SnapConnect it can take days for the new message to appear. Pretty frustrating.

Stuck at registration, app doesn't move any further. Seriously, publish stuff that actually works!

Nothing is good notifications are bugged

I can't remember how many timesI've been out in my car and realized I didn't have the home phone number or cell phone or address of where I needed to pick up my kids. Or the contact info for someone in a school committee. I used to but an extra school directory very year and keep it in my car just to avoid this. But with school cnxt all that info (and more) is at my fingertips all the time - whenever and wherever I need it! My son's entire school directory in in my smart phone - home phone numbers, addresses, both parents' cell numbers. And what is just an added bonus is that tapping contact info allows you to immediately text, email or call whoever you are looking for, or get instantly get directions to their house if you remember once you are already on your way. Honestly I use SnapConnect at least once daily! Love it!
