I upgraded to premium and have been using EducationGalaxyConnect regularly, but all of a sudden now my account says I need to upgrade again to use premium features even though I was just charged less than a week ago. Trying to restore purchases results in a “bad server response” message. I finally just cancelled my premium membership since EducationGalaxyConnect is unusable at this point.
Sign up for pro and it worked for a day then asked to upgrade again. Tried restoring purchases and verified with Apple that it’s billing me monthly but, EG can’t seem to figure this out and tells me that it has to go to developers. Guys this is a simply account issue and this should not be a hassle. Fix this.
I upgraded to Pro so I could look at reports and diagnostics, but EducationGalaxyConnect is still telling me I need to upgrade to see them. I did. When I click on the upgrade button again I get a message advising me I have already upgraded. Well then work for me!! Not happy at all.
VERY GLITCHY. I put an answer and it’s wrong. The video tells me that they are all wrong except one. I click that one and it’s also wrong. I clicked one that the video said was wrong and it was right. Fix your game

My password is correct! I can only login on the website on the iPad. But when I try it on EducationGalaxyConnect it says incorrect password. So I have to log my daughter in on the website so that she can use it. I would like for her to use EducationGalaxyConnect so that I don’t have to log her in on the website!!! Could your company send out an update to fix the problem so that she can use EducationGalaxyConnect . Thanks

My kids’ homework is based on spending a set amount of time per week on a given subject in EG. However, they don’t have a way to see how much time they’ve spent for the week. I was hoping the parent part of EducationGalaxyConnect would show it but no luck. Help, EG!
When I get EducationGalaxyConnect it looks fun...but when I type my password it says incorrect password and I was so so sad :(

Now I may only be 28 years old but I am a parent with one daughter and it allows me to see where she went wrong and her progress so I don’t know what you one star raters are talking about. In conclusion this was all my point of view. P.S. for the one star raters I wasn’t trying to be offensive.

Says to pick subjects to subscribe to but nothing listed. Paid on EducationGalaxyConnect but online it’s $5.99 and doesn’t recognize username. It’s all way too confusing.
