How to fix REELZ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the REELZ app on iPhone
Update REELZ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REELZ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REELZ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REELZ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

REELZ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix REELZ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the REELZ App
1. On android, goto Settings » REELZ » click [Force Stop]

Update REELZ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REELZ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » REELZ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart REELZ.

Fix REELZ unable to contact server/ REELZ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click REELZ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto REELZ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch REELZ
