How to fix Mojo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mojo app on iPhone
Update Mojo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mojo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mojo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mojo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mojo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mojo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mojo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mojo » click [Force Stop]

Update Mojo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mojo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mojo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mojo.

Fix Mojo unable to contact server/ Mojo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mojo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mojo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
