Changed text doesn’t change when saving reels!
The app won’t save the video, and crashes at 79% downloaded. All the work editing and you can't get the videos to download. There is no app support or suggested troubleshooting. I made sure that both my current iOS and app both are the most updated versions. If I uninstall the app and reinstall I will lose hours of work, with no guarantee that will work. Frustrating waste of money.
App is not working at all! Won’t open at all…stuck on opening page.
Keeps on glitching every time try to make a video. It’s exhausting. Also there is nothing you can do to help this issue except delete the app and re download it which makes you lose all of your work. It’s so annoying.
Crashes every time I try to make a reel. I’ve had to redownload it multiple times and this keeps happening + I lost all of. Y projects :(
