How to fix Skizz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skizz app on iPhone
Update Skizz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skizz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skizz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skizz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skizz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skizz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skizz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skizz » click [Force Stop]

Update Skizz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skizz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skizz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skizz.

Fix Skizz unable to contact server/ Skizz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skizz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skizz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skizz
