Close and restart the LUX app on iPhone
Update LUX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LUX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve LUX network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LUX app issues:

Force Stop the LUX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LUX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LUX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LUX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LUX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LUX.

Fix LUX unable to contact server/ LUX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LUX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LUX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LUX on android.
