How to fix VidMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VidMate app on iPhone
Update VidMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VidMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VidMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VidMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VidMate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VidMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VidMate App
1. On android, goto Settings » VidMate » click [Force Stop]

Update VidMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VidMate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VidMate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VidMate.

Fix VidMate unable to contact server/ VidMate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VidMate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VidMate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VidMate
