How to fix Moonshot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Moonshot app on iPhone
Update Moonshot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moonshot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Moonshot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Moonshot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Moonshot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Moonshot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Moonshot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moonshot » click [Force Stop]

Update Moonshot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moonshot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moonshot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moonshot.

Fix Moonshot unable to contact server/ Moonshot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moonshot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moonshot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
