Moonshot is the worst. I’ve been unable to put any money into it because it has my account locked. Been missing out on several opportunities. reached out to customer support and all they told me is hold tight. It should correct itself soon. It’s been over two months. This prohibits me from uploading any money into the Phantom app or anywhere else. Do not recommend.

Forget receiving any sort of referral bonus. Support doesn’t help and will actually prevent you from being able to contact them in the future if you ask “a commonly asked question” and request to speak to a live person. App seems like it could’ve had potential, but whoever is running it, is absolutely horrible at doing so and is giving off scam vibes. Others on Facebook groups have made the same claims. I would just avoid it and stick to more well known exchanges. Because even though they claim they aren’t an exchange, they absolutely are and just saying it isn’t, doesn’t make it not.
