How to fix Beast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beast app on iPhone
Update Beast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beast App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beast » click [Force Stop]

Update Beast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beast.

Fix Beast unable to contact server/ Beast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Beast
