Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Beast app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Beast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beast app on iPhone
Update Beast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Beast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Beast app issues:

Force Stop the Beast App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Beast app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Beast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beast App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Beast app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Beast.

Fix Beast unable to contact server/ Beast internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Beast » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Beast » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Beast on android.
