1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SmartRemote app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SmartRemote.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
