Why would this app not work with the most expensive pair of headphones they make.
Reply: the insight isn’t in the description it’s in the fact that your app should work with your most marketed pair of headphones it’s the ones YOU encourage the consumer to buy the most with your ads so if it’s supported by marketing why not support it with also getting use out of your companion app.

Boy oh boy where to begin this is the worst headset I have ever purchased in my life you’re honestly better off with a cheap 20$ one that actually works when it comes out of the box. If you’re on Xbox like me the headset will not allow you to talk to anyone!!! I’m using the Arctis Nova 1 and the microphone straight up just doesn’t work I hope someone uses your company to the ground.

Bought the arctis nova 5s test and have had persistent issues connecting to the app. Constantly becoming unconnected and then getting stuck at the connection screen upon reinitializing the connection. The app is also zoomed in on iOS so you can’t even really use it when you do connect.
