How can condo owners who lives in US pay bill online? The previous app allowed online payment from anywhere in the world. How about email
Option for OTP?
While in the country, I can pay the bill over the counter but it’s a hassle to go to Meralco office just to pay the bill. Once I leave the country, the bill will remain unpaid. Hope there’s no reconnection fee. The onus is on Meralco.

New app can now recognize my valid CAN and sends an OTP. However, MyMeralco does nothing after clicking the Verify button. How frustrating!

OTP NOT WORKING!

It doesnt proceed after i put the OTP it says plss wait then nothing happen. Wont let me in. The old app is better.

Your new app is not working. It freezes and stop working. My old app was disabled.

Meralco, you can do better than this. The new app is worse than the old one.

The old one is somehow much better than this new one. Full of unfixed bugs.

Don’t forget that oldies do not use online but their children who maintain and pay the bill for them.

The old app was good. This new app is useless, unfriendly and hard to access. Please bring back the old app. I hope there is a zero star.

Won’t allow me to log in using my old credentials nor does it allow to re-register account. Why did you have to change? Now I can’t access, just revert back to old app

The old app worked perfectly. The new app is unnecessarily bloated and buggy.
Good ole Meralco fixing stuff that ain’t broken while messing everything up in the process.
WHY disable the old app when the replacement one is clearly not ready? this app shows a balance of ₱16K and no ability to open past bills. Meanwhile my recent emailed bill shows a balance of only ₱5k. I pay in full every month!

MyMeralco is supposed to help users to manage their accounts but unfortunately it doesn’t help. Cannot add accounts from an existing account. Screen freezes most of the time. The only good working feature they have is “accepting payments”.

Had the old app which was working, download the My Meralco but when attempting to log in it say my account has been deactivated?!?!? Who created the new app a circus monkey ?!?!? Meralco can’t execute on providing something as simple as a working app for their customers? Did you guys even test MyMeralco before rolling it out for use ?!?!?

Took an app that was useless for anything but viewing balances and transformed it to a memory parasite on my mobile device. Registered, Verified, WONT LOG IN WITH MIPN OR PASSWORD saying they are incorrect despite being stored and working fine a month ago. What trash, absolute unmitigated trash. Someone deserves a sound caning for such incompetence in job performance!

Looks nice, but good luck if you need an OTP or other support. Still waiting after a week for help on my OTP so I can’t use MyMeralco . you’ll get a week of “thank you for bearing with us, bla bla bla.”After you download MyMeralco you can look forward to standing in line to pay your bill. They have no interest in fixing it or helping you with the mess they created.

Upon logging in it says if there is an existing just use that credentials to login. But when I did, says wrong information. And when I forgot password and entered my email address - said no email registered!

So I decided to create an account - but then it doesn’t accept the CAN when entering doesn’t allow me to “error”..

Did your IT transfer sour accounts properly to your new app???

Wish I can give zero stars, same app different look, it really didn’t make a difference because trying to make payments online with a credit card is impossible. It didn’t work on the last one and this “new” app is not different. I will wait for my paper over the mail service, one thing that really works is that Meralco will not be late delivering bill letter that’s for sure.

They change MyMeralco now i cant get through it anymore. I usually check my bill online and pay online as well. I have apps b4 but then they change it and here am i struggling again to register again and its not working they shld do it easy for other whos not techy and for senior people as well. This toooooo much complicated. I followed everything and cant get through esp i dont have local number im just relying on my email.

MyMeralco is full of bugs and errors. After an update, I can’t log back in anymore. It required me to change my password and after putting in a completely random password that doesn’t have a pattern (using Apple Passwords), it doesn’t go through. I tried the “waive” option for an OTP and I never received it. I know interns and students that can do a better job than the people who made this. Y’all are hopeless.

Billion $ company unable to create a moderately cohesive app .. makes me wonder if my electric billing is even accurate . Took me over 2 hours to pay my electric bill .. I don’t even feel confident the payment will post …, PAINFULLY HARD TO USE.
