How can condo owners who lives in US pay bill online? The previous app allowed online payment from anywhere in the world. How about email
Option for OTP?
While in the country, I can pay the bill over the counter but it’s a hassle to go to Meralco office just to pay the bill. Once I leave the country, the bill will remain unpaid. Hope there’s no reconnection fee. The onus is on Meralco.

Bring back the old app

The old app worked perfectly. The new app is unnecessarily bloated and buggy.
Good ole Meralco fixing stuff that ain’t broken while messing everything up in the process.
WHY disable the old app when the replacement one is clearly not ready? Mymeralco shows a balance of ₱16K and no ability to open past bills. Meanwhile my recent emailed bill shows a balance of only ₱5k. I pay in full every month!
Way to go Meralco. Stellar work.

This app is full of bugs and errors. After an update, I can’t log back in anymore. It required me to change my password and after putting in a completely random password that doesn’t have a pattern (using Apple Passwords), it doesn’t go through. I tried the “waive” option for an OTP and I never received it. I know interns and students that can do a better job than the people who made this. Y’all are hopeless.
