How to fix Haven app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Haven app on iPhone
Update Haven app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Haven iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Haven on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Haven network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Haven Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Haven not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Haven App
1. On android, goto Settings » Haven » click [Force Stop]

Update Haven to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Haven App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Haven » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Haven.

Fix Haven unable to contact server/ Haven internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Haven » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Haven » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
