I paid and have uploaded all my docs and room sizes. Every time I submit I get an error messaging saying a designer is not available and including all the coding information. I have emailed, called, and texted and received no response.

I continue to get an internal server error when I go to submit my project request to partner with a designer. I already paid for this service and now I can't even submit my time sensitive project. I called and texted but no reply. Pretty disappointed as a first time user.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Havenly app issues:

Force Stop the Havenly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Havenly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Havenly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Havenly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Havenly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Havenly.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
