So I tried logging in, got the prompt to come to the new app. Download it. Try to log in, says it has to call with verification code. Call comes through, silence for more than a minute. Try again, same thing. Try third time? Locks my account. Tells me I have to contact my financial institution, it’s after hours and tomorrow is a holiday. Good job guys.
Why did you make everything like menus and type so small for the mobile app. The old app was so easy to navigate. I do not see that many more new features to justify making everything so small and hard to find. Horrible and clumsy!
