I bought two pairs of these headphones and initially I couldn’t even get NebulaBuds to download or work . Now this issues has been resolved neither headphones are connecting to NebulaBuds . It is constantly responding with fetching data, please wait . Every tab I touch in NebulaBuds displays that same message. I do wait but nothing still has not happened .

What exactly do I need to do to use these headphones and get them to work ?
I bought these two weeks ago so I could have some time to learn to use it prior to our trip but here I am a couple days from traveling and I still can’t get them to function properly.

Basically how this works is by recording a section of conversation and NebulaBuds will translate it. It does an ok job translating but you’re supposed to use the buds along with NebulaBuds. The ads state it will do “live” translation but that’s not how it works. You have to record using your phone. The buds have 100% dependency on the recording. If you’re looking to have a conversation live with someone, you have to ask them to pause long enough for NebulaBuds to translate and hope it does it correctly and allows you to keep up with the conversation. I was not able to do that using NebulaBuds. It does not translate it fast enough

First of all when I bought these earbuds. I was not told about the necessary subscription. Second of all, after buying the subscription that I couldn’t get to work, NebulaBuds charged me for another subscription without getting me first subscription to work properly. I would say that this is borderline scam

I was super excited to try out my new TRANSLATOR headphones. Just to find out I had to download NebulaBuds just to use them. But the part that is the worst is that the apps font size is either to big or the page itself just doesn’t work. You aren’t able to select connect when you go to bind your new device. Such fraud advertisement

First off I purchased these Glasses not buds off of the tik tok shop only to find out that NebulaBuds isn’t linked to the glasses I bought. The only thing on these glasses I can do is listen to music and talk hands free. I haven’t been able to set up to translate my converstaions with people who speak Spanish to English. This is unbelievable. I should’ve know better .

Qr won’t scan, can’t bind new device because third party account isn’t active, there’s account to make, log in sits on a blank page. Basically oversized ugly ear buds as all I can do is connect my phone. Your instructions don’t work. Should have to jump through hoops to connect. Hope you spend the money you got off of me well. I imagine refund will take longer than delivery….67 days.

I got these because as a healthcare worker I am constantly taking care of someone whose language I do not speak. We have translation pads but no one likes them as they translate everything even though it is clear the patient understands. It is very time consuming. I thought these might help but they will not pair with NebulaBuds . They are paired with my phone, but not NebulaBuds that tells them what to do. Please fix this issue!!!!!

So I ordered this item on the excitement of understanding another language without using dub. It took this item to reach me a whole month from when I ordered it and I just received the only for it not to even work everything about this is false and anyone that says anything different is lying just to sell or promote I guess they’ll sell just about anything for what little money they can make. This is sad.

NebulaBuds keeps flashing a notification box that it can’t read anything bc it’s in the incorrect file format. I just downloaded it and have followed all the instructions. When I click “login”, nothing shows up (at all) and then a screen occasionally appears where it allows me to pick my region, but it won’t let me select any of the options. NebulaBuds doesn’t work AT ALL.

Received these garbage earbuds after waiting almost 2 months for them. Surprise one of them doesn’t work and the other one has the absolute worst sound quality I’ve ever heard. NebulaBuds is garbage too, in order to use it properly you need a paid subscription which was never mentioned when I bought them. I contacted the company who offered me a measly two dollars refund. These are the worst things I’ve ever purchased online steer clear of them do not buy them!

I purchased both the earbuds and then later the translation eyeglasses. NebulaBuds needs a lot of work especially in the area of connectivity for the devices since only one device can be connected to NebulaBuds at any time. Also NebulaBuds routinely freezes and stops accepting commands to access connection management or settings. I can’t get into NebulaBuds settings to delete,add, or edit any device associated with nebula. Very disappointed that I can’t use NebulaBuds and the translation devices as they were intended.

It needs more work on the translations and how it could fit better on people’s ears and loss of volume and glitches auto correct is not correct at all in NebulaBuds . It’s okay but wants to change money just to work 3 to 12 months but it’s not working as good as expected . Might buy a better product because this one frustrates me a lot

When I first bought the headphones and connected to NebulaBuds everything worked perfectly. Fast forward 4 weeks later and NebulaBuds doesn’t recognize my headphones and none of the prompt buttons work. It’s like the whole thing frozen.

Not so great!! Was really excited about this product so I bought two, one for a gift. Haven’t been able to try it out since it won’t hold a charge. I’ve tried 3 different ports that do work with my other devices. Ever hopeful for an email response from the company.

Use the 2D barcode that came with the glasses. Website is dead end. Downloaded NebulaBuds from Apple App Store, app just opens and hangs at a blank screen. Useless with NebulaBuds … regretting this purchase. Sigh…

Update: app will ONLY work if WiFi is off and only Bluetooth is on. Insane bug but it works.
Translation works ok. Face-to-face translate feature only works for Chinese. But At least simultaneous translate works.

Turn off the wifi on the phone and NebulaBuds will work if only I can connect to the blue tooth to work I would give it 5 stars. I want to let everyone know to turn off the wifi to get NebulaBuds to work.

I was under the impression I could hear translations in my ear without having to mess around with phone. Every time I want to hear what someone is saying I have to keep pushing the button on phone. Very inconvenient and not practical. I also was double charged for NebulaBuds . Now I have to try and fight it out with the bank, and figure out how to cancel this subscription. It’s not user friendly.

I don’t see Haitian Kreyol I haven tried it fully yet. But will try it and see..

So at first I was having the same issue as some other users which was “fetching data please wait”. My husband suggested to turn off my vpn, so I did. NebulaBuds immediately started working. The translator actually works!! I tested it out!!!

I’m impressed with the technology, it does what I paid for. My only hope is that it would recognize multiple languages simultaneously without having to put in any language. Other wise good product, and I expect it will be even better with time.
