I recently purchased Nebula Buds, which I activated and paired them to my iphone. Due to certain circumstances, I no longer have an iphone. I now have an android. The issue is, I am unable to locate my activation code. I have no clue as far as what to do. I bought two pairs of these headphones and initially I couldn’t even get the app to download or work . Now this issues has been resolved neither headphones are connecting to the app . It is constantly responding with fetching data, please wait . Every tab I touch in the app displays that same message. I do wait but nothing still has not happened .
What exactly do I need to do to use these headphones and get them to work ?
I bought these two weeks ago so I could have some time to learn to use it prior to our trip but here I am a couple days from traveling and I still can’t get them to function properly.

Basically how this works is by recording a section of conversation and this app will translate it. It does an ok job translating but you’re supposed to use the buds along with this app. The ads state it will do “live” translation but that’s not how it works. You have to record using your phone. The buds have 100% dependency on the recording. If you’re looking to have a conversation live with someone, you have to ask them to pause long enough for the app to translate and hope it does it correctly and allows you to keep up with the conversation. I was not able to do that using this app. It does not translate it fast enough

I purchased both the earbuds and then later the translation eyeglasses. The app needs a lot of work especially in the area of connectivity for the devices since only one device can be connected to the app at any time. Also the app routinely freezes and stops accepting commands to access connection management or settings. I can’t get into the app settings to delete,add, or edit any device associated with nebula. Very disappointed that I can’t use the app and the translation devices as they were intended.
