Bloom Rewards Reviews

BloomRewards is horrible and needs professional upgrades. They are loosing service by it not properly functioning and constantly updating and crashing. It never lets me check out so I have to go into the store with cash. Jane still is a struggle to connect through their links. However, if you go into the store location the review would be 4.5 stars easy. The bud tenders are extremely nice and helpful and really provide quality service.

Signed up at the store so I could buy on BloomRewards . For some reason BloomRewards can show me my profile and my points but when I go to purchase anything, they asked me to re-login and say they cannot find my email address. Despite the fact, I’ve added to my account, deleted BloomRewards and reinstalled, wipe the account and started over again.

Locked account several times
Hard to navigate
Much easier to go in person or use a desktop.

I bought a 2g Select Elite Superdream, but of course I bought 3 other vapes. And my last one was empty when I opened it. Despite me placing my order through Jane pay with them they still needed a physical receipt for me to get a refund?

And the desktop site filters don’t work either.

When I’m in BloomRewards it asks me to download BloomRewards at the top of BloomRewards . Infuriates me.

The shop tab shows a blank screen after logging in. BloomRewards is essentially useless until this is fixed. Also can’t shop the web due to the checkout button being beyond the bottom of the screen. Frustrating.
Update to add: the shop tab is simply an in app browser that loads their website. It has the same issue that the website has, in that the checkout button is beyond the bottom of the page. It is literally impossible to shop online with them at this time.

The actual store itself is very nice and welcoming atmosphere. BloomRewards however is a nightmare

I have logged into BloomRewards and when I go to order, I have to sign in again and it says invalid email. I saw someone else is experiencing the same thing so it’s probably a bug.

It literally doesn’t let me sign in. sticking to the site.

New app is good.

I like the layout so far, and the integration of rewards, transaction history, and shopping built into BloomRewards makes for an awesome one stop shop for all dispensary needs.

Only gripe is that when trying to log in using my google account to submit my order, I was faced with the never ending loading screen. Once this bug is fixed, I would give BloomRewards a 5 stars rating.

Always a pleasure. The people there have great product knowledge. I have always been treated well. Great prices
